Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Un piccolo appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio ideale per due persone che si trova a 10 minuti da Piazza San Marco. L'affaccio privato sul canale da una parte e la corte interna dall'altra lo rendono unico nel suo genere. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e Wi-Fi illimitato e nelle vicinanze ci sono numerosi negozi, cicchetterie e ristoranti tipici. Secondo le disposizioni per prevenire il contagio Covid-19, dopo ogni soggiorno viene effettuata una sanificazione con trattamento all'ozono.

Das Venicevibes Terrace Apartment befindet sich in einem alten Kloster aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, das im Laufe der Jahre umgestaltet und umgenutzt wurde, aber immer noch die Gelassenheit der damaligen Zeit ausstrahlt. Zehn Gehminuten vom Markusplatz und der Rialtobrücke entfernt, ganz in der Nähe der Buchhandlung Acqua Alta. Günstig, um die Biennale und die schönen Inseln in der Nähe von Venedig zu erreichen, schlagen wir eine Design-Wohnung, sehr komfortabel mit einer beheizten Veranda im Grünen.

Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!
