All’interno dispone di soggiorno luminoso con angolo cottura, tavolo da pranzo, divano letto, caminetto e aria condizionata. Due camere da letto climatizzate. Situata a Sezzadio, dista pochi km dalla cittadina termale di Acqui Terme, da Alessandria e da Novi Ligure. La Casetta è completamente ristrutturata, con arredi, attrezzature e servizi nuovi. Al pian terreno si trova la cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con divano letto che all’occorrenza può ospitare due persone ed un bagno di servizio. Al piano superiore ci sono due ampie camere da letto con letti matrimoniali ed un bagno. Dotata di ogni comfort, vi accoglierà durante il vostro soggiorno.

Unser neu renovierte Wohnung ist wie ein Loft mit einem separaten Eingang, grosse panoramische Terrasse, sehr grosses Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattete Kueche und Schlafzimmer und Bad. Und unser Salzwasser Schwimmingpool . Aufladen von elektrik Autos moeglich von 11 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr.

The terrace offers an incomparable panorama, in the context of the Unesco heritage site.
