This property is also very close to the Magee marsh wildlife area....perfect for novice or professional birders! Many areas near here that are great for birding enjoyment! The unit is located on the third floor of the building, there is not an elevator just stairs to access the unit.

The front parking area can easily park up to 3 trucks with boats and there is additional parking at the side of the building if needed
