The location and quality of the accommodations were we’re better than expected. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a great coffee station, everyone had private areas, including private balconies. An added bonus was the shower/body spray station in the master bathroom. Highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a place in Ellicottville. Thank you Annamae

The home is gorgeous as is the location! It's private yet close to town. The home was clean and there was a lot of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We absolutely LOVED the heated pool. The kids & adults had a blast swimming all weekend. Since we stayed towards the end of October, the nights and mornings were really cold so we needed the heat. We had trouble getting the heat to work downstairs but they were really responsive and helped walk us through getting it to turn on. Then they sent someone out in the morning to make sure everything was good. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up properly so we didn't really use it that much. Overall, we had such a wonderful weekend away with friends and would definitely love to come back in the future!

Such a beautiful way yo spend the weekend! Very peaceful place to be for my moms birthday this passeeekend. Communication was strong and the place was adorable. Clean an safe. I would highly recommend visiting this cozy place on Bibbs road! Thanks for everything Mike & Jess!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Such a homey atmosphere and exactly what we pictured for a ski trip weekend. The cozy vibe is just what we were looking for. This was a perfect distance from the center of town for us, as it was in a private area but <10 minutes to get to the resort at Holiday Valley for skiing. Joe provided clear check in instructions, lots of additional valuable information about the cabin/town, and was very easy to reach with questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely country home! We enjoyed the peace and quiet location, but close to Ellicotville to ski and eat. The dogs loved it too. Very beautiful drive in down to house and very remote with beautiful hillside as a view.

We loved our stay here! We had 7 adults in our group and every person felt right and home. It was spacious enough that we all were able to spread out. Super convenient to get into town and in an extremely peaceful and quiet neighborhood!

Once again Arron and Christine’s place was perfect. We have stayed several times and it is always clean and decorated for the season. We feel right at home here. So happy to have found this gem, it makes our visits to see our son so enjoyable.

This was a very cute place and would certainly stay here again. My family really enjoyed the comfort of the home along with the access to the slopes and the Inn to get our ski passes. Upon our check in time, we received an automatic email that the code for the door errored, but no follow up initially. After I called Airbnb as we were arriving within the hour, the issue was resolved within minutes. Four seasons took great care of us. We will definitely look forward to returning in the future!

Julia’s home was exactly as advertised, a beautiful and private property with all the amenities we needed to make ourselves at home on a week long winter trip. Located just a few minutes from all the fun Ellicottville has to offer, it was overall a great experience.

Sharon’s place was a quiet, peaceful, and serene retreat—truly a home away from home. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and offered some great local recommendations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

A great house! The house is warm which is always nice after a day outside skiing. Plus the hot tub is amazing. Make sure you start it when you arrive, it takes a while to warm up!

The place was exactly as described! We LOVED the outside area!! Place was clean and spacious, perfect for our girls getaway!! Close to town too! We definitely would stay again!!

Our stay was great! Very nice house. Well put together and kept. Plenty of amenities including pool table in front room and heated game room with shuffleboard table, dart board and beer fridge. Hot tub in the back yard was great. Large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. A couple beers in the hot tub after a long day of skiing is a must. Very rejuvenating! House had a ton of amenities with nice TV's and plenty of towels. They had nice towels for bathing and beach towels for the hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Ample bed space for 10 people (all adults), without using the pull-out couch off of the living room. Even the room with the pull-out couch had curtains for privacy if you need to use this too. The kitchen is large and nice and has 3 yes 3 sinks. Impressive! Plenty of cookware and dishware. Everything we needed. Lastly, they provide many little extras. Great attention to detail. Well done! Highly recommend!!!

Springville is the best kept secret in western NY! Beautiful town full of genuine people. Seth went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend “Open Farms” goat rescue on Genesee Rd. An amazing farm with a mission to serve everyone!

Awesome people to book with, also and awesome place to stay. Super clean, with lots of room and amenities. Close to town with lots to do around. I would definitely recommend.

As always amazing time; Over the years Susan has always stayed consistent. Amazing host, School House Rocks. Kinda bring you back in time in away with a modern feel it makes sense. Our two families had a great time! The house is very kid friendly with lots of areas to hang out in. It’s lived in with lots of the owners items to use including toys, games and books. The house is in need of a few repairs but the host was very responsive and ready to address what we needed and these items didn’t impact our stay. It was also very close to holiday valley (less than 5 minutes) so perfect location for our day of skiing. The fireplace was very cozy for us to sit by after being out in the cold.
