Brand-new luxury villa facing Cap Lardier, offering high-end amenities and beautifully designed interiors. Facing the sea, with no overlooking neighbours, in a peaceful setting, just 400 metres from the beach and local shops. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every modern comfort, including home automation, an espresso machine, an American-style fridge/freezer and a gas barbecue. It has been designed to comfortably accommodate 3 couples. The 5 bedrooms have been carefully decorated in an elegant ivory-white style: 3 king-size beds, 2 bunk beds with pull-out trundle beds, plus an additional single bed in one of the three double bedrooms. The floor plan is available among the photos. The 1,100 m² fully enclosed garden (including 600 m² of flat land) is beautifully landscaped and filled with flowers and Mediterranean plants: white oleanders, lavender, palm trees, mimosa and more. The swimming pool is professionally maintained on a weekly basis. Bed linen and bath towels are available upon request. The villa consists of a spacious 70 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Beautiful house with private HEATED pool ideal for a family. It is set up in a quiet residence and is within walking distance (10/15 mn) from the beach and the city centre. It benefits from a small but beautiful garden that makes the environment very private, relaxing and peaceful. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms (with showers) on the ground floor with direct access to the garden. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 1st floor with a large shower room to share. The kitchen is fully equiped.

Notre villa intitulée sur google MAP "Villa Les Mattiotes" a été aménagée pour y passer de très bons moments entre famille ou amis. Quartier paisible situé au bout une impasse. Localisation idéale à 10mn à pied du centre ville, et à 10mn à pied des plages. La maison voisine ( celle de ma sœur) est louée depuis de nombreuses années vous pourrez constater les nombreux commentaires favorables sur le quartier, la localisation et notre accueil.
