The villa has everything you would expect - 3 double bedrooms all en-suite (one is a basement room), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining areas, BBQ, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor swimming pool, electric blinds and modern furnishings, just to name a few of the amenities. The villa comes with a sea view and is a short walk away from the nearest beach so you can rest assured you are in the perfect location for your holiday.

Villa Glysinia|Sea view Paradise

Villa Glysinia is a two-storey house ideal for couples, friends and family. On the ground floor, you will find the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the‘warm’ fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed easily converted into two single beds and a bathroom. The outdoor space with a pool, trees, and the dining area enhances the feeling of intimacy. On the 1st floor, you will find a second bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom and a terrace with sea view.

Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. THERE ARE CATS IN THE GARDEN 🐈
