Nice, clean apartment with a spacious balcony and plenty of parking spaces right outside the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

Πολύ καλή η Δήμητρα, ευχάριστη και φιλόξενη. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και η τιμή πολύ λογική για τη τοποθεσία του σπιτιού. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης και είναι όλα δίπλα με τα πόδια. Το συστήνω!!

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

We stayed over the othodox Easter and enjoyed the house and the area around the house. The check in and communication was very easy and we always received quick answers from Ekterini. We had two babies with us and there was plenty enough space in the bedrooms to place a baby bed next to the beds. I recommend this stay!

What a fantastic stay! We were only in town for one night, looking at long term rental properties, and I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo is cozy, spacious, spotlessly clean, inviting, and beautifully situated right on the water. I highly recommend this rental and hope we can visit Chalkida again to stay!

מקום נעים, פשוט ונקי, ממש על הים, מארחת מקסימה.

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

Anna and Menelaos were delightful hosts - friendly and helpful, & they even invited us to join them for Sunday dinner! The apartment/villa is just lovely - lots of space & fully equipped with a private wrap-around balcony (so you can find sun or shade to your preference all day), and a shared (with the hosts) garden & pool area. So lovely to come back to a little paradise after a hot day of exploring! And a great location - near enough to Chalkida that you can quickly be in the middle of the action if you wish. Note there is a relatively steep flight of stairs (as noted in the listing).

Christina en haar man waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prachtige locatie om goed te kunnen ontspannen. Alles wat we nodig hebben was aanwezig. De zee met klein strandje in mooie baai was vlakbij. Dit verblijf is een aanrader! We hopen nog eens terug te gaan.

The house was wonderful, in a peaceful location, ideal to relax! Everything was pristinely clean and the house had everything a family would need, down to coffee, board games, and fully equipped rooms. The pool is a great highlight, as the multiple seating places around it, and the fantastic lighting in the evening! George is a super host, absolute professional, warm hearted and with a big smile. He responded to everything we asked and suggested places to visit 😀 Thank you George, we hope to see you again !!

We had a simply fantastic time staying at Kostas and Sofia's Calypso Villa. The setting is jaw dropping... every morning I would walk out of the master bedroom and be confronted with the most stunning view, through the wide giant windows of the living room, of the sea and mountains of the mainland behind. The villa is simple but super comfortable. The main living room/kitchen combined with the deck feels huge and with the constant companion of that amazing view. The pool - very cold! - great between sunbathing stints. And our three children - one teen and two tweens - loved the table tennis. We had not been to Evia before and really loved the 'off the beaten track' feel of it, so close to Athens and yet feeling very traditional and rural. Dafni itself has one taverna, above the beach, and there's another in Neotrivia (4-5 minute drive) where we also bought bread each morning from the tiny back street bakery. Sofia and Kostas are super helpful and friendly and we'd love to go back.

Just amazing place if you want to disconnect and really relax. Apartament had everything we needed for our stay and host was amazingly friendly. Highly recommended for family holidays. We will want to come back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sophia's with our 4 young children. A lovely spot right on the water front, perfect for swimming. The apartment was very well laid out and very clean, and the patio was perfect for meals and enjoying evening drinks. Sophia was so helpful with local restaurant and activity advice, and we had fun exploring the area in our hire car. Thank you Sophia!

Bardzo polecam Eirini jako gospodarza. Mieszkanie bardzo, bardzo czyste. Wyposażone we wszystko co może być potrzebne nawet na bardzo długi pobyt. Plaża parę kroków od mieszkania. W pobliżu wiele tawern i restauracji oferujących pyszne lokalne potrawy. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czuliśmy się bardzo bezpiecznie zarówno w mieszkaniu jak i w okolicy. Jeszcze raz bardzo polecam❤️🌷

Wir waren begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Dank Chrysis Hilfe haben wir uns selbst in Athen gut zurecht gefunden. Die Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Wir waren in der Vorsaison in Paralia Advilos und es war sehr ruhig, fast zu ruhig, aber wer entspannen will, dem bietet das Haus alle Möglichkeiten. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Πολύ ωραίος περιβάλλον χώρος και το κατάλυμα που κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Στα συν του το τεράστιο οικόπεδο με κάθε λογής δένδρα, ο μεγάλος χώρος στάθμευσης εντός του οικοπέδου και η ύπαρξη μπάρμπεκιου. Ο οικοδεσπότης κ. Γιάννης και η σύζυγός του ευγενέστατοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Σαν παρατηρήσεις μπορώ να αναφέρω μόνο μια πολύ παλιά ντουλάπα στο υπνοδωμάτιο, η οποία μύριζε πολύ άσχημα με τον κίνδυνο αν βάλεις τα ρούχα σου κινδυνεύουν να βρωμίσουν.

Unbelievable house with an incredible quite private beach. Several good restaurants in walking distance+ a beach club with a great pool 1 minute away. George is friendly and helpful. We felt at home but George's home is a dream home.

Lemma's home is perfect for a restful get away. The property is modern and well equipped. Everything that you could want. The interior of the property was cool and functional, the room fans where quiet and where far superior to A/C. The out door space gives multiple options for eating or just sitting and relaxing. The short walk down the garden to the beach meant we spent a lot of time just "watching" our surroundings, and we even sat there in the evening just looking at the the stars. The beach isn't private, but you get the impression that it is just because there is no one there. There are un-spoilt villages on route to Dafni, if you aren't personally driving the views of the mountains and sea are breath taking. Dafni itself is just at the end of the road there is a taverna at either end of the village that are very welcoming. If you are looking for a location that is unspoilt, but with quality accommodation Lemma's house is it.

Christianne est une personne très accueillante , disponible a tout moment,serviable et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons très vivement ce logement et cette hôte.Nous avons apprécié la présence des animaux chiens et chats qui sont présents mais absolument pas envahissants.Nous reviendrons très certainement prochainement.
