Villa Argiro

A tranquil traditional Mediterranean house in Chalki. This spacious condo is located near Chalki’s port, it is accessible by foot and it is above from “Tsantou”, one of the last open access to the harbor (where you can take your morning dive). It features a fully renovated kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with remote controlled fans, a big bathroom and a huge “veranda” overlooking Chalki’s bay. The patio has a panoramic view of the port, and it is one of the biggest in Chalki.

Sophias house

Unser Haus wurde auf charmante Weise verschönert und verfügt über ein helles Mezzanin. Mit seinen ca. 65 m2 eignet es sich gut für ein bis zwei Paare (1 Bett ist etwas kleiner) oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, es gibt ein Babybett. Malona ist ein von Vogelbeobachtern geschätztes ruhiges Dorf inmitten von Zitrus- und Olivenhainen 3km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Seit 2025 verlangt die Regierung eine Umweltsteuer (8€/Tag von April bis Oktober, sonst 2€), sie wird direkt bei uns bezahlt.

The olive press is a long building with arches in which the "mangano" (press) and the "millstone" where the olives were ground are still preserved. Villa Mylos has retained its bare stone walls, high ceilings, and an atrium featuring a private jetted pool has been built.
