This place is amazing! Truly peaceful setting. It was perfect sitting in the hot tub and listening to the waves from the lake. The sauna was hot and easy to use. It's a short walk down to the lake and the view is breath taking. The house had everything we needed. The downstairs bed was very comfortable and nice linens. Kelly recommended several local restaurants that were good. We also went to Michael's Steakhouse in Indian River and the food there was amazing! Kelly was a great resource and helped make our trip perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds, plenty of room, kayaks were a lot of fun, Alyssa is a great communicator and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much. It was great having a main hub to do adventures from. I recommend others to stay at this AirBnB and relax. The sunsets are spectacular!

Great location to see the area attractions. Beautiful spot on the beach. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area.

This place exceeded my expectations. We were just in town to go fishing but we're surprised by the clean and comfy accommodations. Their detail to welcoming us was exceptional. Some examples include the dog bed and welcome basket for him, a complete coffee station, couch blanket and pillows, NETFLIX, and the list goes on. Thank you and we will be back.

My mom, my daughter & I came here for a premature Mother’s Day getaway and this air bnb exceeded our expectations. The space was gorgeous and the beach was so peaceful with the bonfire. Ed was responsive, attentive and super helpful with any needs/questions. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing. Beautiful clean property and will 100% come here again.

Denise’s place was better than expected! Very clean and comfortable beds. Everything you need is there. Her response time with our questions was almost immediate and so helpful! We enjoyed the inlet to Burt Lake for how quiet it was. We kayaked and boated the inlet and lake …so easy to dock right at the cottage! Enjoyed roasting marshmallow at her gas fire pit. Close to Mackinac Island and Petoskey. Perfect getaway for us! We will be back.

This cabin was cozy and very clean. Peaceful setting in the woods about 10 min from the interstate exit. We loved the bunk beds and kids toys that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

We only got to stay a few days here. Laura was great! She sent us a message early in the day with an early check in time. It was easy to find, easy to enter, and when you walked in you felt right at home! We loved the peacefulness of it. It was close to Mackinac Island which is why we chose it. I wish we would have had a few more days! Hoping to get back to this area and we will definitely stay again!

This home is a great Northern Michigan cottage that sits on a quiet lake. Between the beautiful sunrise and sunsets, you can hear the classical sounds of Loons echoing off the waters and Osprey fishing from the shore tree line. Located minutes from the town but feel in the middle of the wilderness. Easy day trips to Mackinac Island, Lake Michigan or Lake Huron sandy beaches. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The hosts were absolutely amazing and so accommodating! They recommended places to visit and restaurants to check out. We were able to easily dock our boat and utilized their kayaks and sand toys. Ahead of the trip Scott answered any questions I had, allowing us to be prepared for our visit. Having the hosts right next door was no issue either. Overall I highly recommend this place!

The property was exactly as described and seen in pictures. Clean, well stocked with plenty of kitchen items and essentials. Great location.

Amazing place for the winter or summer would love to come back again with the family

Snowmobile Friendly! Easy trail access via riding crossing M-68 , riding south to the dead end of Forest Trail Rd, 100 yards south through the woods, and you pop out right on the trail. 10 min trail ride to BP gas station in Indian River with easy access off the trail. Driveway fit our 3 trucks with our 4, 3, and 2-place trailers. House held 8 people easily at the kitchen table for meals and cards/games. Cooked breakfast one morning and used the cooking and cleaning appliances as well. Living room is cozy for reading & coffee in the morning and watching the snow fall over that amazing lake view. Hosts were responsive in answered all of my questions before and during check in. 4 private bedrooms after a long day on the trails and spending time with great friends. Wilson's Rivers Edge for breakfast and Vivio's for dinner both very close and very good. Worked with host on an early check in for a little extra $ (fair). Will definitely be back if/when I.R. gets snow again in the future.

The lake view is great, beautiful sunrises! We stayed during fall, & during weekdays, so it was pretty quiet around the neighborhood. Enjoyed the firepit. It's an older home, but has all the necessary amenities!

Dreamy house in a dreamy location. Had a phenomenal weekend in northern Michigan admiring the fall colors, and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it from. Inside and outside, we enjoyed all of the amenities and cute decor. Compared to similar properties we've stayed at in the area, the rate and cleaning fee are a little steep, but if you can swing it, you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

We needed a quiet cabin near the Aloha State Park where our son and 5 grandkids were camping The drive to the park was about 20 minutes. The cabin was well supplied and quiet. We did have issues with the WiFi and Alena responded quickly The cabin was clean and comfortable with a good view of Mullet Lake

We were looking for a home base as we explored Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula. Brandon’s place delivered and felt like home. Everything was as described and convenient.

We had an amazing long weekend for spring break at Heidi's place. Cute cabin filled with everything you need including generously provided coffee, oatmeal, and cereal. We were able to do a rafting trip on the Sturgeon river, enjoy great pizza from the local tavern, snow board at Boyne Highlands, and have an amazing meal at the Thirsty Sturgeon. Got some snow filled hikes in and march madness as well. Loved it, thank you for being an fantastic host.

We arrived late on a snowy Friday evening, to a beautifully furnished and cozy cabin. The wood was readily available to stoke up a warm fire in the wood burning stove. The next day we awoke to a beautiful snow-covered view from the large windows. The kitchen had everything we needed, including new cookware and sparkling clean appliances. We were pleasantly surprised to find both a Ninja coffee bar and a Keurig coffee maker for us to use. The driveway was plowed well and clear instructions were welcoming our arrival. We felt very comfortable and "at home" at this cottage. The owners are kind and available. My 13 y/o son even enjoyed the robe that was supplied. This was such a cozy winter getaway, we would love to stay in the summer for a completely different getaway.

Was an amazing little cabin! Super cozy and had everything you need for a trip! Was very nice and responsive and very understanding! We had an amazing trip thanks to Christopher!

Our stay at Dorene and John’s was perfect! We traveled the half hour to ski at Nub’s and enjoyed being in the private atmosphere of the cabin. The hot tub topped it all off! We didn’t want to leave!

We loved the house, extremely peaceful quiet. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. Definitely worth staying again!

We loved our stay at the 3 little cottages! It has everything we needed and more. The lakeside area was perfect for our kids. We enjoyed the use of kayaks as well. The cottages were clean and comfortable and had all basic amenities covered. We enjoyed all the extra toys provided in the shed. Lori was so helpful and friendly. We were so sad to leave and can not wait to come back next year!
