Amazing experience! Loved the property and the small pond by the property. It was really beautiful and serene. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. Anne took extra care to have some grocery essentials for us when we checked in and that was really thoughtful on her part. It definitely elevated the experience. The kids loved boating on the extremely clean pond and feeding the fishes. Would definitely recommend a stay at this property!

This was our second year staying at Rachel's place for our annual girls trip! The house is so beautiful and immaculate. Scenery out of the back of the house is so peaceful and breathtaking sunsets. Pool area is so relaxing but the water was too cold for us to go swimming this time of year. We did take advantage of lounging by the pool and it was so nice! Rachel provides everything you need to enjoy the pool area. Rachel communicates well and is so accommodating with everything. We absolutely loved staying at Rachel's house again this year. It's close to all the attractions. Thank you again Rachel for another great year!

Very unique, peaceful and fun place to stay. We had fun looking at the horses and alpacas on the property. Short walks or long hikes are available right on the property. Peter met us in person to make sure we were able to get in and gave us verbal as well as written instructions about the property. I highly recommend.

We visited Lancaster to see a show at Sights & Sounds, and this airbnb was the perfect spot for our family of 5 to settle in. We felt welcomed immediately, with local recommendations provided, board games available, and delicious homemade muffins. The home was very clean and had a bedroom on the first floor which was perfect for our elderly grandmother. Though we left on a Sunday and most everything was closed, the area surrounding the home looked lovely and would've been an enjoyable place to explore. One minor con is that the home is right next to the road so traffic noises (particularly the sound of horses) are quite loud. It is a costly one night stay, but it sleeps so many that if you're able to split the bill among several people, it is well worth the cost. We enjoyed our time here!

Love visiting the Ronks area. The house was just as described, very neat, clean, with great vistas. Only recommendation I might make would be to install a folding door in the entrance to the main bath. We WILL stay here again!! Tonya was not only extremely proactive she also made sure that we were able to contact her. We very much enjoyed our stay, we WILL be back!

We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the cozy house, the yard, and especially sitting in the gazebo in the evening. Watching the farmer with his beautiful team of horses was a treat too. There are several local markets close by. We loved September Farm Market and ended up getting a pizza there to take to the house and cook. It was delicious! The Amish farm market on Rt. 10 had nice produce and staple options and was less than 10 minutes away. During our trip we visited Longwood Gardens, 45 minutes away- traveled all on back roads with beautiful countryside. There is SO much to do in the area! We wish that we could have stayed longer but we hope to come back again!! Thanks Joni for a very special stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect for our family trip — spotless, peaceful, and in a great location. The style and special touches made it feel like home. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and appliances we needed, which made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard swing set, evenings on the rocking chairs and nights on the back deck. The layout was even more spacious than photos seemed which allowed us to enjoy company all together in the kitchen and living room areas. Bedrooms were cozy and sound machines were provided in each one. The kids especially loved the toys provided, they had all their "favorites" and were excited to have space to play. The host was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing getaway with picturesque views.

Cayla was an absolutely amazing host and everything was just as described and she was so super helpful. Everything was immaculate and the surrounding areas so beautiful tons of wildlife in that little spot. We had such a relaxing wonderful time and everything was so clean and and I really loved how Cayla had all kinds of different places to go and things to do written right on the blackboard. It was very helpful.! we booked this Airbnb last minute, and so very happy we did. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog moose.❤️

What a lovely and homey cabin~ very peaceful and relaxing~ host was very responsive Loved the scripture verses throughout the cabin. We took a walk across the street on their property ~ so peaceful and beautiful We will definitely be back :)

Pyle Cottage is adorable! A quaint little place that had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed and full kitchen to quiet surroundings and places to walk our dog! Kathleen was a wonderful host. She greeted us when we arrived, even though we were hours late! Her dogs, cats and horses were a wonderful addition. We had a great stay!

We had such a wonderful girls’ weekend at Brandywine Lodge! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The setting was peaceful, and we loved relaxing, cooking together, and enjoying the cozy atmosphere. A special highlight was the sourdough class — it was such a fun and unique experience that made our stay extra memorable. The hosts were kind and responsive which we really appreciated. Everything we needed was there, and we would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway. Thank you for making our weekend so lovely!

We all had a wonderful stay at Edna's house! The house was very beautiful, very clean, kid friendly, peaceful and close to many places we wanted to go to. Edna was a great host. She responded quickly to any questions and very nice to communicate with. We would definitely come back for another stay! :-)

The home is very lovely, wonderful with accommodations! They had a beautiful kitchen and dining room, spacious living room 4 bedrooms, ping pong table, outdoor area and much much more! It was a pure joy and very relaxing stay, the host is very responsive and helpful. Definitely a great experience!

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

We’re very grateful for this lovely place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Four walk-in closets. Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. David and Sarah were so very friendly and hospitable.

So happy to have been back to one of our favorite places to stay! As always everything was immaculate, and we loved every minute that we spent on the farm. Thank you for another wonderful, relaxing stay - we look forward to coming back soon!

This is a true Gem! The property sits on 600 acres and is absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend the 3 mile loop trail around the property. Do not miss out on the chicken/duck eggs, and farmed honey. It is so private and the birds are everywhere. I loved the outdoor deck for bird viewing which is about a 10min walk toward the marsh in front of the house. The house was comfortable and the living room windows created a unique experience of being connected to the outdoors. I look forward to returning to this home and creating more experiences. finally this home was like living on my own private estate and nature preserve. Thank you Lori for generously opening your amazing property/home to the public.

The location of the house was very easy to find, and the house looked better than the pictures. It was very recommended for families with children, were a lot of new places to visit. Also the bikes were in a very good condition and my ten year old daughter learned how to ride a bike. Thank you Ruth, your house is so beautiful and peaceful.

We were 10 "mature" ladies traveling from NH. This home fit all our needs and is in the perfect location of this beautiful area of Pennsylvania! We will return!!!

Stayed for 5 nights in April: Beautiful, clean as a whistle inside and outside driveway and yard. Nice view from front porch. . Rooms are bigger than they look in pictures. Loved the kitchen overlooking the backyard with sheep. Everything worked, kitchen stocked. I enjoyed the uncluttered feel. The heat and air worked great. Beds comfortable. Entire home is very homey and comfortable and private. We will be looking up book again for next year,
