We had a wonderful week, the flat was pristine, comfortable and peaceful. Just what we needed! Beth and Scott were great hosts, responding quickly to any questions we had. Ryde is a great base for exploring the island, and the flat is an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants etc.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

Very clean & comfortable accommodation. Tea, coffee & milk provided. And the chocolate biscuits were very welcome too. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Have stayed at Karen’s several times we love staying there . Think 5 star hotel , beautiful home, fully furnished,walks on the doorstep , everything you could possibly think off is supplied, can’t wait to stay again 😃

very,very nice annexe style Studio apartment. lovely furnishings, great en-suite style Kitchen Unit with all amenities to cook a meal. Lots of space ,TV with all channels, dining table. En suite Shower room is fantastic. A great stay, would definitely book again and recommend with no hesitation.

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

Absolutely loved our stay and we will be returning. The surroundings are amazing and great for hiking with lots of paths to follow. The accommodation was fantastic and just as described, Charlotte was very welcoming and always responsive. Thank you so much for our great stay Charlotte

Lovely place to stay with excellent garden facilities. Friendly host who was easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach. Only drawback is there isn’t a huge amount to do in Ferring, though it’s a short drive to Worthing which has more going on.

Wir waren mit sieben Personen in der Unterkunft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Der Aufenthalt bei Dawn war angenehm. Das Haus ist schön und in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Dawn war für Rückfragen stets erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Had a great stay here. The photos didn’t do it justice! Jonathan was a really helpful and responsive host. The children loved playing in the garden and there was lots of room to also spend time in the house. Had a lovely day out in Winchester and river walk. Also visited the local vineyard which was a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Yvette’s property is situated in a beautiful area of Horsham with excellent routes into London. The property was spacious and well looked after. Yvette was very accommodating and proactive with communications. Highly recommend for your future London visits.

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

We had a really lovely stay in Brighton. The house was perfect, and the parking made it super easy. Benjamin was a great host and made sure we have everything we needed.

We had a great stay at The Old Stables, we had fantastic weather so could take full advantage of the bifold doors being open and using the outside areas. Beds were very comfy and great showers and everything there that we needed for 4 adults. The place was so nicely furnished and clean. Bosham about 8 mins away and The 'Witterings' within 20 minutes. Would love to return!

Locație excelentă, sunt foarte multe lucruri de făcut, plimbare prin natură, pădure foarte veche în apropiere, Goodwood se află la 15 min de mers cu mașina, totul a fost perfect, ne-am simțit foarte bine cele 5 nopți petrecute aici. Posibil să revenim în următorii ani.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

We are just back from our stay at Betsy’s. She has been very responsive and helpful since booking, replying quickly and with answers to all of our questions, with clear instructions for check in. The flat was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a lovely stay. The location was perfect, with so many restaurants and shops that are walkable, as well as the beautiful palace and park and river. We would highly recommend staying here!
