Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Είναι μέσα στο πράσινο και στα λουλούδια, εχει μεγάλη πισίνα και έχει και παιδική πισίνα. Απέχει λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη παραλία και από το κέντρο των Χανίων 20 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνιτο.
