This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. Backyard and Sun porch are shared spaces that includes a huge in-ground pool, trampoline, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and the backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is now open! Laundry and Ev Charger can be used for a fee.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
