Ferienunterkünfte mit Feuerstelle in Civitella in Val di Chiana

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

We had a perfect break in Lorenza’s lovely house. It was extremely spacious and exceptionally clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained with lots of areas to sit in and enjoy the peaceful environment. Our dogs loved their walks in the woods nearby and they enjoyed meeting all the feline residents! Lorenza and her husband are a lovely friendly couple who have put a lot of thought into ensuring their guests have a great holiday.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La sistemazione era perfetta: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione era tranquilla ma comunque ben collegata con i principali punti di interesse della città. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e cortese, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e rendendosi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'accoglienza è stata calda e professionale, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque stia cercando un posto confortevole. Se torneremo in futuro, non esiteremo a prenotare di nuovo! Grazie

Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Monica’s home is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures show. The area is magical, and the house was a perfect home base for our adventures in the region. Monica proactively made so many great recommendations for what to do, where to eat, great hikes, and how to avoid the crowds during an upcoming holiday- we couldn’t ask for better guidance from a local. She met us at the house, left us wine and a little holiday treat for our kids, and spent lots of time making sure we had everything we needed. We felt so lucky to have discovered this gem of a cottage in the most beautiful location. We hope to return!

Amazing place in forest! Need to drive 25mins from Siena, you will find the peaceful maison. Private and quiet, close to nature, rooms are large and clean. We woke up early in the morning and visited the pigs in the farm. This is dreamful retire life. Everything is so great!

If you want a peaceful, Tuscan stay with panoramic picturesque views, then this is your place! We were welcomed with homemade cakes, bread, and wine! After a long day of travel this perk was so appreciated. Our stay was perfect! After a long day of walking and driving to either Lucca, San Giminagno, Chianti Classico or Florence the hot tub relaxed our achy legs. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We loved this home so much that we hope to return with our families in the future! This home made our visit to Italy PERFECTO!

Good stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment located in a quiet residential area. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a small note: it can get a bit loud at night if the shutters aren’t closed, so be sure to shut them for a good night’s sleep!

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Clara a été une hôte très attentionnée. Elle était présente à notre arrivée et a partagé ses bonnes adresses. L’appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé . Seul bémol, la pièce principal est un peu sombre mais la terrasse est un vrai plus. Je recommande vivement le logement.

Veniamo spesso a Castellina, ma è la prima volta che soggiorniamo nell’appartamento di Tommaso. Ottima posizione per visitare tutta la Valle del Chianti. Il posto è tranquillo, un angolo di pace in cui rilassarsi. Torneremo!

너무 깨끗하고 웰컴 음료 및 커피도 너무 좋았어요. 침구류도 깨끗하고 욕실도 너무 깨끗합니다. 운영하는 식당에서 먹은 음식과 와인은 최고였어요. 다음에 이탈리아 오면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶어요.

A great and strategic place in the middle of Tuscany. Close to Cortona, Siena, Florence, it really is in the middle. Hosts are extremely responsive, and will be on the spot quicker than a 911 call should you need help. Very recommended!

La valle di Dante è meravigliosa. Uno spazio tranquillo e privato dove poter rilassarsi, sia per gli umani che per i nostri cani che sono stati benissimo in quello spazio aperto e recintato. Lucrezia è super! Gentilissima e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

Ruhiges, abgelegenes, mitten im Wald stehendes Ferienhaus. Alles entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es waren sehr schöne, entspannte Ferien. Selbst wenn es unten an der Küste 35 Grad hatte, war es am Haus angenehm kühl. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Die Vermieter/Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Haus führt über eine Schotterstraße, diese ist an drei Anstiegen etwas schwieriger zu befahren, aber die Anwohner fahren dort auch mit ihren kleinen Standardautos entlang. Nur für die letzten 100 Meter ist ein geländegängiges Fahrzeug zu empfehlen. Man kann das Auto aber auch vor diesem Anstieg stehen lassen, die Gastgeber helfen, dann das Gepäck hochzufahren, mit ihrem Auto. Wer die Natur und den Wald liebt und Entspannung sucht, für den ist diese Unterkunft genau richtig.

Posto meraviglioso, classico casale toscano immerso nel verde, sale inferiori meravigliose. Camere ampie e salone enorme. Piccole pecche: la mancanza di una rete in una camera, il materasso è adagiato direttamente su una base (credo in cemento) e che dei 2,5 bagni uno è al piano inferiore ed uno è in una camera (quindi per 4 camere, 8 persone) c'è un solo bagno...che però è enorme e si sta con le persone giuste non c'è problema nel condividere quello in camera!! Fabrizio e sua moglie gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Se si cerca confort, lusso e modernità cercate altrove, qui troverete pace, sapore di campagna...quella meravigliosa e convivialità.

To say Elisa’s place is “perfect” almost feels like saying nothing at all. After more than a decade of staying in different Airbnb homes, this was truly one of the most incredible experiences I’ve had. But before talking about the house, I want to say a few words about Elisa. She is the most amazing host and person I’ve ever met—a generous, patient, and caring person, always ready to help and make the stay unforgettable. We had a smooth, private check-in with a clear introduction to the house. Elisa provided us with fantastic local recommendations, booked us a wine tasting at a nearby winery, and made dinner reservations for us in a lovely village just 4 minutes away. Truly, an incredible woman. Thank you, Elisa. As for the house itself—it’s perfect. So comfortable, warm, and cozy. Peaceful and calming. The yard is stunning, overlooking a beautiful Tuscan landscape with an olive grove just outside the window. The location is ideal—only 1.5 to 2 hours from just about every major poin

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

Un accoglientissimo bungalow immerso nel verde del bosco che ricorda una baita di montagna ma che si trova nella campagna toscana; abbiamo avuto la possibilità di goderci la colazione mentre guardavamo l'alba, tra funghi e castagne. La signora che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, consigliamo a tutti coloro che amano la natura e che si accontentano di alloggi semplici in cambio di location mozzafiato!
