Lovely 500 sq-ft suite above the garage of a custom house private entrance. Estuary on Necanicum river and Pacific ocean. You are only a staircase away from the beach. Queen size bed,a sitting area, smart TV, and wifi. During your stay, you will have your own privacy upstairs. You are welcome to bring one dog.There is a pet fee. Short distance to the beach, Trails End Art Center and eateries. 1 Bedroom 2 bath Cottage is in excellent condition. Enjoy and relax in a nicely secluded tree covered woodsy paradise. This is not beach front. It is tucked away on a private road 12 min walk to beach, 4 min walk to Golf Course. A woodsy area where Deer, Elk, rabbits and many birds and squirrels visit

Elderberry Eden - Nehalem Riverfront House

River House! Right on the banks of the Nehalem with creeks on both sides. Our location is just a mile off of Hwy 26 & 22 miles from the coast Hwy 1. We have nicer weather here with swimming and fishing right on the property. Our location is close to neighbors and a small grocery, but once in the house you will be facing the river for fishing, swimming and lolling about. There is a little cottage that we live in so you might see my wife and I puttering around, but we respect your privacy.

Enjoy beautiful, ocean and Estuary views from the living room, dining room and kitchen of this open-air chalet-style duplex. Situated on the estuary, white-water views and wonderful wildlife abounds on the mouth of the ocean. Away from the busy center. The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.

You will be warm & cozy watching sunsets in front of the fireplace. If you are lucky enough to be here during a storm, there is nothing like experiencing the wind and the waves right on the water. Many things to do locally - run, walk, hike, sightsee - and then off to Astoria, Long Beach, or down the coast for the day.

Oceanfront Home with Commercial Gym Our two-story home is situated in a private gated community between Seaside and Astoria. We reside upstairs and rent out the downstairs unit, which features a full kitchen (see photos). Please note, while the unit is separate, occasional noise from our family upstairs may be heard.
