The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great big TV,perfect for watching the match. The host was super helpful and communicative. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Filip is a super friendly and helpful host , he made sure we arrived safe and we are satisfied with the place. We came during the Easter break and we were lucky to receive the small treat what was were thoughtful of him. Place is fully equipped and clean and in good location within walking distance to the main attractions . Lincoln city is a charming , clean and safe place definitely worth visiting and staying in this apartment will definitely make your trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment, perfect if you're staying in the area for work or holiday! when you first arrive, stop at the black bull inn pub, as that's where you will be parking, and the easiest way to find Stephen (the landlord).

Great place to stay! We stayed for a month to visit nearby family, The place has access to a private gravel courtyard and is well stocked with what you need. Very friendly neighbours and walking distance to the train. Thanks 😊

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

Had a fantastic Easter last minute get away Elton was a really great hoist friendly gives recommendations for places to eat and how to get to places the apartment was absolutely spotless very comfortable bed I slept great because it was Easter weekend there was a fireworks display on you could see it out the window we had a Birds Eye view we didn’t have to leave apartment there’s a very nice cafe down the road that did a really nice all day breakfast my son is into his fishing there are pounds near by about 10 minutes drive you can buy a day ticket he loved it and caught 5 fish we also enjoyed going next door for a drink and watched the boxing you are in walk-in distance to fancy island so you don’t need to drive and park this apartment is definitely worth booking you can’t fault it 5 stars from us lot we will definitely be back also my dog enjoyed his self thank you Elton and Michelle for letting us stay

We had an amazing stay here over Easter weekend 2025. The apartment is absolutely perfect, set in beautiful surroundings and has everything that we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay with our dog. We enjoyed some local walks and tried out a couple of restaurants, both of which were great. The bed is one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in, making for a great night’s sleep. We made use of the gym which is very well equipped and we loved the thoughtful mini hamper of food, both were a complete bonus! We couldn’t have asked for more and we’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🤩

We loved staying at Anderby creek it was beautiful. The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable beds. Great shower and amenities loved having breakfast in the friendly cafe downstairs and walking the dog on the beach and coastal paths on the doorstep. Would highly recommend. The Dean family ☺️

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

A great weekend by the coast in a lovely large 3 bed apartment, ideal for our family of 5. Debbie was very accommodating with the last minute booking, the apartment was everything we expected and more. We will stay again.

i stay at many places, all over the UK, and this one by far, is one of the best value for money Studios, it has everything you need, and is spacious and smart. have now booked it for the remainder of my stay here. absolutely fantastic.

Had a really lovely stay, parking was a massive bonus and lovely little touches of a multi functional phone charger, washing machine tablets, spare toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. Overall really pleasant and will definitely stay again

Our stay was for one night as we were attending an event local to the accommodation. A 3 minute walk from the cheap online booking King William House car park and the gaff was there. A few flights of stairs to get to the room but that wasn’t an issue. The room got quite cool but there was plenty of heaters to use to warm it up. Kitten and bathroom was adequate although the heated towel rail didn’t work for some reason. Shampoo and shower gel was provided and ample loo roll. Decor is cosy and contemporary. You can hear some noise from the local club but we were aware of the surroundings so I brought some earplugs which helped. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Karen's place as part of a trip to the new parkrun that opened up, and to explore some of the local areas! It was a great little home from home, well equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away, great location and friendly host. Enjoyed watching the birds in the hedges from the kitchen, some local fish and chips and looking around Woodhall Spa 😁. Will stay again if ever back in the area!

I took my elderly father and my son to cleethorpes for a 3 night break. The ground floor apartment was ideal for my father, who has mobility problems. The apartment was nicely laid out, and immaculate upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, home from home. Tony was really helpful as we had a problem with returning the rented mobility scooter and he gave us reassurance that he will sort things. Also my father left his wallet and again Tony rang straight away. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again. Thanks Tony

Perfect for what we were looking for. Whole apartment to ourselves (family of 4) from the start to finish Richard (the host) was brilliant. Clear instructions for check in. Apartment was spotless, modern and stylish very clean, had everything we needed, clear instructions for everything. Beds were very comfy! Wifi, board games and bread/milk/condiments all incuded which was a very nice touch! Location was great! Only a 3/4 minute drive to the sea front! Neighbours around apartment were very quiet. Private parking space at the rear of the property. Would 100% recommend and would look to book again next time we come to stay.
