Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

It has all you need for a relaxing break or a working base and is a quiet space that gives an opportunity to retreat from today's hectic pace of life with countryside views from every room. Well-behaved pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the apartment. Located in the centre of Norfolk, less than 3 miles from shops in Dereham, but tucked away on a quiet lane, Harry's Place is an ideal base for exploring Norfolk.

Rayners Farm Lodge Mid Norfolk

Kick back & relax in a calm stylish space in the central Norfolk countryside village of Mattishall. Rayners Lodge provides beautiful accommodation for 6, with a sociable open-plan Kitchen Diner Lounge & 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 king size beds & 2 single beds) & a family bathroom. Outside there are decking & patio areas plus a small grass garden (dogs or children would need to be supervised as these areas are not secure) A private driveway provides parking up to 4 vehicles - no EV charging.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. The Loft is not overlooked by anybody and is yours to enjoy in total privacy!

The annexe is situated in the quiet and rural village of Colton, 8.6 miles from the centre of Norwich. A comfortable 1 bedroom annexe for your sole use. Facilities include a kitchen with lounge, TV and dining table. Access to wifi. Hypnos double bed and ensuite shower room. There is free on site parking for 1 car. The annexe is an ideal base for exploring the delights that Norfolk has to offer. A very quiet and peaceful location with the vibrant city of Norwich on the doorstep.

Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Hayloft is a perfect place to explore lots of lovely countryside walks from your own doorstep.

Willow Farm Annexe, Dereham

In the heart of rural mid Norfolk, our charming one bedroom annexe is perfect for couples. Unfortunately we don’t accept children or pets. Set in a private walled courtyard garden with own entrance. Although only 2 miles from the market town of Dereham, with all its amenities, it is the ideal spot for unwinding after a busy day visiting Norwich (20 mins), the Broads (30 mins) or the North Norfolk coast (40mins). A truly magical setting for a short break.

The Barrel House

The Barrel house has been lovingly restored to provide a stylish, multifunctional space for Airbnb guests. The vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space. All windows are double glazed and a velux roof window allows the daylight to flood in. Outside there is a private patio area with a bistro set for outdoor dining or enjoying sundowners. Nearby is the village shop, popular butchers and local pub. There are plenty of walks to enjoy nearby.
