Rental includes all appliances, 3 smart tv's, washer/dryer, dining room table, sofa with queen sleeper, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. There is a covered back patio and deck with a grill. Located near restaurants, parks, entertainment, and easy access to 285. Go Braves!

Private Studio in 100yr old Grocery/Hotel

This historic building, walking distance to the Marietta Square, dates back to the early 1900s and has been a grocery store, mechanic, and one-room hotel. You'll be staying in the former one-room hotel in a renovated mini-suite. One pup under 25lbs is allowed with a $30 pet fee. Please see the House Rules section for more information. Unfortunately, due to the size of the space, we must be restrictive on size and quantity of dogs. 🐾
