Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est parfait , propre , spacieux, tout le confort, l'environnement calme et une vue sur la lagune et un couché de soleil exceptionnel. Si vous voulez des vacances reposantes dans un cadre enchanteur, je vous conseil avec en prime une plage privée et sauvage avec très peu de personnes que nous rejoignons en bateau à 50m de l'appartement . Merci à Tommaso pour sa disponibilité et réactivité, ainsi qu'à Litzi pour l'accueil. Je vous conseil cette location proche de Chioggia ( magnifique) ainsi que la superbe VENISE. 10 étoiles 🌟 👌

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Apartment was exactly as in photos. Convenient location. Communication was smooth and every time we asked for an information the reply was in time

Tolle Gastgeber, aber Umgebung enttäuschend Ignazio und Stefania waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und wir durften sogar schon vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut geschnitten und geräumig. Außerdem haben wir von den Nachbarn überhaupt nichts mitbekommen – es war sehr ruhig. die Wohnung etwas schwer zu finden. Was die Umgebung betrifft, waren wir leider enttäuscht. Es gab keine geöffneten Geschäfte in der Nähe, und das Gebiet scheint kein Tourismusziel mehr zu sein. Der Strand war zudem verschmutzt, was die Freude am Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt hat. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier, allerdings sollte man sich auf eingeschränkte Freizeitmöglichkeiten einstellen

We stayed 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and each time the check in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless . Wonderful location and a quiet place to relax in after a fun day of exploration. Would recommend it without hesitation

Locali molto puliti e ordinati. Bello lo stile e l'arredo scelto. Bagno nuovo e molto pulito, non scontato! Host molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto ad orari serali per informazioni. We had a wonderful four-night stay at Leonardo’s place in Bologna! The classic charm and beautiful character of the historical apartment made us feel like we’d been transported to another time and place. At the same time, the modern amenities were much appreciated, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. The private terrace was a lovely spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, and our host was communicative and responsive throughout. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again someday!
