Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

We had an amazing 2-night Easter stay in this unique, chalet-like house with its Mongolian yurt and private pool! Everything was magic: the original architectural design of the wooden house, the patio, the yurt, the pool with its incredible panoramic view, the hammock, the BBQ, the olive tree garden - all at our full disposal. Mr. Pietro is the perfect host: responsive, warm, and thoughtful (we were welcomed with a glass of wine and cheese and salami board), and he was always ready to meet any need. Although the weather was unstable, he opened the pool for us which was simply spectacular. We even ended up booking the second house on his property when our group grew larger at the last minute, and again, Mr. Pietro and his family were incredibly accommodating and considerate. Everything had a magical touch, from the main entrance door to the fireplace, the artistic décor, the stairs leading up to the attic to again embrace the sun from the upper terrace through window-sized openings.

apartamento muy cómodo con exelente ubicación, fácil para llegar a los sitios turísticos en un barrio muy agradable, el apartamento cumplió nuestras expectativas, tenía todo para pasar unos días agradables en roma, súper recomendado, fácil de llegar con instrucciones claras, volvería si tuviera la oportunidad.

La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. Ottima la struttura per passare del tempo con gli amici o con la famiglia... Allargata visto che ospita fino a 19 persone nei tre appartamenti. Grazie di tutto

The location was perfect - close to everything but still peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. The building itself is new and modern, with everything one need for a comfortable stay! Abbiamo soggiornato due notti a Corfinio, un paesino molto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. L’host è stato preciso e disponibile: ci ha fornito informazioni dettagliate che hanno reso tutto più semplice fin dal nostro arrivo. Un grande punto a favore è stata l’accoglienza riservata al nostro amico a quattro zampe: abbiamo trovato cuscino, ciotole e giochi, un’attenzione davvero gradita! La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. Consigliata a chi cerca un soggiorno sereno, con tutte le comodità e un tocco di attenzione in più per chi viaggia con animali.
