Hidden away at the end of a quiet country lane on the border of the Charente and Dordogne, Maison d'Amis is one of just two gîtes offering peace and tranquility with private courtyards to front and back. A large pool nestles within the stone walls of a former barn and the grounds offer ample places to play, relax and enjoy the views.

Gorgeous and totally private location, in rural location. Far reaching views and serene setting, lots of parking. Fabulous heated POOL (5m x 10m) open from start of April to end of October. Full of rustic charm inside, with loads of space and many quirky old features. Fantastic outdoor entertaining area, with magical automatic illuminating lanterns and large dining table. There is a barbecue, ping-pong table and petanque (boules). . Amazing setting, 2km from "Champagne" village pub/post office.

Nous vous accueillons comme nous souhaiterions l'être ! La piscine municipale de Verteillac (12 mn en voiture) et la base de loisirs de Gardes-le-Pontaroux (20mn), vous attendent. A votre demande, on vous donne les bonnes adresses (restaus, soirées gourmandes à la ferme, le Périgord Vert vous attend tout l'été !). Au réveil, on vous apporte le pain frais avec les confitures du jardin et le beurre bio. Pas de wifi ni de télévision mais livres, jeux, et un grand jardin privatif avec badminton !

Luxury French gite, just outside the lovely market town of Aubeterre. Refurbished to a very high standard, with a large open-plan kitchen/family room , 1 Double bedroom downstairs & 2 Twin bedrooms upstairs (all with private shower room). 10 x 5m HEATED (May and September ) pool over looking open fields and large patio. Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Magnifique gîte tout confort, jacuzzi, Brantôme

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Charmant Château bord de rivière

Menet est un château érigé au XIIème siècle sur la rive droite de la Tardoire, à proximité du sympathique et vivant village de Montbron. Cette demeure familiale est classée aux Monuments Historiques, et a fait l'objet d'un important projet de rénovation. La situation du château est exceptionnelle, en pleine nature, surplombant la rivière Tardoire et un ancien moulin. Une très grande terrasse plein sud, permet de profiter de cette vue.

L'écrin, confort-silence&nature

Logement tout équipé, paisible, spacieux et lumineux, dans un écrin de verdure. Propice pour un bon bol d'air. Idéal pour se ressourcer. Il est courant de pouvoir observer : biches, lièvres, oiseaux en tous genres, écureuils voir faisan, renard ou sangliers. Séjour détente à 4km du Périgord vert. Proche supermarché (à 10mn : Villebois-Lavalette), boulangeries (Dignac à 10mn : excellente ou La Rochebeaucourt à 5mn : moins de choix)

Nouveau, gîte dans hameau tranquille avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne, 20 minutes au sud d'Angoulême, spacieux aménagé dans une grande maison charentaise avec un grand parc ombragé de 3000m² privatif . Deux terrasses, dont une accessible directement par une des plus grande chambre et par le couloir du rez-de chaussée, l'autre par le coin cuisine.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge in the middle of a private pond, with self-service access by electric boat. 160x200 bed, equipped kitchen, Nespresso + capsules, bed linen and towels, projector, Starlink Wi-Fi, terrace and barbecue.
