Die Unterkunft von Mar hat eine wunderschöne Ausssicht auf den Pazifik, ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wenn ich in die Gegend zurückkomme, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Mar buchen. Man sollte wissen, dass der direkt an die Unterkunft angeschlossene Strand zwar schön privat ist, aber viele Felsen im Wasser hat. Dafür ist ganz in der Nähe der Strand Careyeros, der auch nicht überfüllt ist, kompletter Sandstrand ist und ganz gute Beachclubs hat. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen für eine Woche wunderschönen Erholungsurlaub.

I stayed at Norma’s with 6 women friends. We were awe struck from the moment we got there. From the sweet welcome by Lupita the extraordinary chef, and Dorian the most respectful and responsible property manager to the exquisite beauty of the home and location. This was a true vacation. We had absolutely delicious food, our rooms and the house and grounds were tended to meticulously every day, and we never had to lift a finger! If we wanted or needed anything, it was taken care of meticulously and with great kindness. We loved boogie boarding on the beach a short walk away, and what a treat that the boogie boards were provided. We also enjoyed long beach walks every morning, and this beach is very peaceful compared to others we visited. We were so so happy with absolutely everything about our vacation at Norma’s sweet Litibú home.

We had a lovely stay at Nancy and Brian’s house in Sayulita, the house is beautiful and had all the amenities we could ever wish for, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. She gave great recommendations for places to eat in town. The pool was just lovely and we used it daily. Nancy was very responsive with our messages and gave a great recommendation for a hair stylist while we were in town. We would definitely stay here again at the same house and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a house to stay at in Sayulita.

Excelente condominio, todo muy limpio y ordenado, estuvimos en comunicación constante en nuestra llegada. así como se ve la publicación está el condominio. lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La cabaña es preciosa en una reserva ecológica. Es un ambiente hermoso. Se puede ver el mar desde el balcón. La playa en frente está bonita para nadar. El interior de la cabaña está muy cómodo con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Hay agua caliente en el baño. Es un espacio muy privado y muy cómodo.

Absolutely a perfect location with perfect view of the ocean. Host was great to respond! The grounds are immaculate and the most beautiful foliage with wonderful location to town and beach.

Ubicación INCOMPARABLE, incluso desde la terraza disfrutamos de la vista al mar, aunque el alojamiento frente a la playa pudiera tener mayor privacida, la verdad no le pide nada. Nuestras mascotas pudieron estar libremente en la propiedad solo estando pendientes de salidas y entradas de los demás huéspedes para evitar que escaparan al abrir la cochera. La atención de Manuel 10/10 fue muy amable en todo momento desde antes de reservar, incluso en un inconveniente la primera noche Manuel fue totalmente proactivo 😁👌🏻 En resumen tenemos nuevo lugar favorito para nuestras vacaciones ⛱️

Wonderful location to explore Corral del Risco and Punta Mita. Very relaxing complex with 30+ meter swimming pool and a large splash pad for young children. A 2-minute walk to several excellent restaurants. Secure complex, but also easy to get in and out.

This home was a magical paradise. My dream home I never knew I had! Kitchen has every tool you need to cook. Restrooms had everything you need even full size shampoo and conditioner. Had plenty of towels for shower and pool use. Pool was crystal clean! Loved the access to the beach going downstairs. Loved every bit of the decoration. So much space! Great comfortable beds and pillows. Loved that there was AC in all the rooms and living room! Enjoyed every moment in this house! I wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be able to return one day soon.

This home was perfect for our family. We have three boys, 13/11/9, and the proximity to the beach and pool created endless activities. The view from the back porch is priceless, the small community is very friendly, and all of Sayulita is easily walkable from the house. Best yet, there is a really tasty restaurant just across the street and a local stand that has everything you need. I recommend this location for any family with small kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

We had a great time here. My kids loved the place. I liked that it's surrounded by nature and that we could see different animals wandering around the grounds. Melissa was very attentive and responded to all my requests. We'd love to return in the future.

Jeff’s place is amazing! It’s truly a beach front property and the fact that you can go from your private backyard and pool to the ocean in just a few steps sets it apart from many other properties we’ve visited. It is also situated in real Mexico free from the tourist crowds and overpriced attractions. Jeff was a great host and his helpful and considerate demeanor combined with all the comfort of a private residence made us feel like we were visiting our own vacation home. Whether a family vacation or an adult only adventure we definitely plan to come back.

We had a delightful stay at Logan's place over spring break. From the beginning of our communications, the team was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Everyone helped organizing our stay, transport and activities. We felt welcomed and comfortable throughout hour holiday. We thank you all for such a great time and your attention to every detail.

A pesar de la diferencia de horario por el lugar donde habita Brian, siempre estuvo atento a cualquier duda, muy amable. El lugar muy bonito, el condominio tiene reglas muy claras que se deben tomar en cuenta. La pequeña playa tiene muchas piedras, en general en Bucerias en estos tiempos, hay muchísimas piedras, cosa que hace algunos años no estaba así, para considerar. Los asoleados muy cómodos, al igual que la alberca. El restaurante aunque tiene un horario recortada, está muy rico y quienes atienden, muy muy amables. Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable.

Oh my goodness, we can’t say enough about this special place. It was so spacious and had a spectacular view. The decorations in the house were amazing and the owners have brought in beautiful arts from all over Mexico and other countries. You have the whole floor to yourself, in fact it was so spacious that we joked that we kept getting lost. It was hard to leave this luxurious place to go and explore. The beach was perfect for swimming, never crowded and the grounds were kept immaculate. Only 6 units so it was never crowded like other condo rentals. A few minutes walk to all the action. There is some construction next door but the noise was only minimal. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves every night. If you are lucky enough to have this place available for your dates, don’t hesitate to book. We wished we could have stayed forever.

My family and I, loved the condo…it was beautiful beach front with spectacular views and sunset! Will most definitely visit again in the future!! Located conveniently within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beach! Had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

If you are looking for a place to setback relax and enjoy, Erika's place is the best. We love our stay, she and her partner are super friendly, they were always making sure that we have all the amenities, also always willing to give us tips of places to go and things to do around.

Pasamos una semana en familia increíble. El apartamento es moderno, cómodo, un balcón amplio con una vista inmejorable. Los 3 dormitorios muy bien buenos baños , cocina completa. El edificio tiene restaurante que usamos un par de veces, servicio en la playa y piscina, muchos lugares para estar con reposeras y palapas, hermosa piscina y muy buena playa. Super seguro fácil para que los chicos se mueven x la propiedad. Rosy siempre estuvo pendiente muy amable, nos facilitó la hora de ingreso, siempre activa a responder y dar sugerencias, una anfitriona preocupada porque nos sintiéramos cómodos en todo momento. Súper recomendable para ir en familia.

L'appartement est très tranquille avec vue sur la montagne. Il est bien aménagé, moderne, propre et confortable. Comme le balcon est situé coté colline il est moins exposé au soleil. C'est ce qui fait qu'on a pu en profiter davantage. Tout ce dont nous avions besoins pour notre séjour était disponible. Nous avons trouvé très pratique la disponibilité dans l'appartement d'une laveuse/sécheuse. A notre arrivé l'hote avait mis à notre disposition un contenant de 20 litres d'eau potable. Le seul inconvénient est le mini-frigo situé sous le comptoir. Il n'est pas pratique pour un séjour de plus longue durée. Par contre l'hote m'a informé qu'il préparait un projet de réaménagement de la cuisine afin de remplacer le mini-frigo par un refrigerateur plus grand et plus conventionnel. Le complexe est situé tout près de la mer à 2 pas d'une très belle plage et tout près du centre d'un village paisible et sécuritaire ainsi que d'une superbe marina.

The apartment was fantastic. More than enough space. Practically a private beach. Kids loved it. We'll be back!

There are many positives to this property - Very spacious Great views (although one cannot see the sun set but can certainly enjoy the 'glow') Walkable to Bucerias and La Cruz Huanacaxle Large balcony Very comfortable beds...I want one at my home Only cons - Construction next door BUT this will not be forever and no one seemed to work after 5-6pm, before 9am or on Sunday We asked for a late checkout which was granted but, without our knowledge, the maid went into the unit to start cleaning so late checkout really was not granted as we had to work around the maid. She was very accommodating but it would have been nice to have known this prior her actual entrance to the unit. I am sure the Samson group will make sure they communicate these types of situations better going forward. *Samson group is very responsive to any queries Thanks for letting us stay at your accommodation.
