Brand new kitchen and appliances allow for easy meal prep. Central AC and heat, smart TV's in all the bedrooms, dedicated space for work, paddle boat, 2 paddle boards & fantastic views!

The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
