I don’t want to give the place a top review as others may find this lovely getaway! If you like character and a great location (beach with a quick train to central Copenhagen) then look no further. Everyone had a thoroughly great time.

Wir würden auch 6 Sterne an Fredrik und seine Unterkunft vergeben! Hier war einfach alles perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Kommunikation mit Frederik und das Haus waren großartig.

Lovely home, cosy, hygge, clean, private and everything we needed. the garden is amazing and the no-tv-no-wifi time was great for our family. the kids loved the big garden as did we. the deck is partially roofed so we even sat there while it was raining. the indoor and outdoor fire places (and AC on a hot day) were very nice as well. the pictures of the listing were not up to date so it was even better than expected. When we said we missed the fire pit on the pictures he kindly brought it over the next morning.

We had an amazing week in Copenhagen and really enjoyed staying in this house. Highly recommended! Some highlights: Nice and quiet street, 2 minute walk to the beach and metro station, 5 minute walk to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants. You can reach the city center in 20 minutes either by metro or bicycle. The house is very cosy and nicely decorated, spacious garden, parking space in front of the house, good beds, good shower, etc :)

Wir haben mit unseren drei Kindern (8-12 Jahre) einen tollen Urlaub bei Pontus und Git verbracht. Die beiden sind nett und unkompliziert, das Haus ist toll, und auch die Sportplätze haben wir viel genutzt. Wir waren fast täglich baden und sind mit dem SUP in der Bucht rumgefahren. Mit den Rädern waren wir viel in und um Malmö unterwegs. Die Lage ist super, die Schweden insgesamt sehr entspannt. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub und sich evtl. auch sportlich betätigen möchte ist hier richtig. Wir waren zudem in Lund, Skanör und in einem Wikingerdorf - und natürlich bei Regen auch mal Shoppen. Dabei waren wir nie länger als eine halbe Stunde unterwegs. Der einzige Punkt ist, dass wir für uns fünf bzw unsere Klamotten etwas wenig Stauraum hatten, damit konnten wir uns aber gut arrangieren.

We had a lovely stay. We don't have a car and arrived by train and then cycled the 3km to the house - no problem at all. The views from the house and the terrace are stunning and the Skåneleden hiking trail runs through the village - we walked in both directions through wonderful natural landscapes, always with a view of the sea. We knew the local restaurant was closed and cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. On the day of arrival, it was so warm (almost November) that we ate on the terrace. The house is warm and cosy (my husband especially appreciated the great hot shower after a wild dip in the sea!). We woke early on our last morning and watched the sunrise from the terrace with a cup of coffee - stunning! Wiktor is very good at responding to any questions. We'll definitely come back.

Lovely little cottage that has everything you really need. The layout of the rooms is a bit confusing at first (kitchen & sink/toilet & shower seperated from each other), but you get used to it pretty fast and very easily. Slept really well because Bunkeflostrand is such a quiet area in general. Also, the views of the bridge and the ocean that you get from just a short walk are incredible. Witnessed some of the prettiest sunsets I've seen in a while. The wifi connection was fast, so attending an online video call wasn't an issue at all. There are multiple places to sit comfortably, so that also helped. The main house is quite close to the cottage, but I didn't mind at all. Overall, no complaints whatsoever.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Es bot viele Möglichkeiten für unsere Familie. Der beheizte Pool war aber natürlich super. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zu dem Haus gehört zusätzlich ein kleines Standhaus, welches den Aufenthalt zusätzlich verschönert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Ann-Cahtrin und Gören sind super Gastgeber.

Familj med två tonåringar och en hund. Vi trivdes otroligt bra och hade 4 underbara dagar i Ljunghusen. Stort plus för poolen som låg på en insyningsskyddad trädgård. Nära till mysigt bageri för inköp av morgon frallor och en lite längre promenad till mataffär. Det enda lilla minuset var att det inte fanns en kaffebryggare utan enbart en poddmaskin som vi ej hittade poddar till.

We had an amazing stay in Hollviken at Anton's beach villa. It oozes beach/sea life. Is very nicely furnishes. Is very very spacious, very nicely furnished. Everything was there for us to use, an amazing bbq, a fantastic pool, trampoline, games, toys. A perfect stay for a family with 2 kids. There is a lot to do and see, and Malmö is only like 20 mins away. The beaches on the penninsula are also spectacular. Communication was very smooth, quick, relaxed and adequate. Anton's place was cleaner than some of the (expensive) hotels we used during our Southern Sweden trip. Internet and netflix (on the big screen tv) were a big bonus as well for the kids, on top of the pool. It was holiday vibe the moment we arrived in Hollviken at Anton's. Highly recommended.

Jättefint boende med toppenläge. Vi bodde där en solig dag och kunde bada i både hav och pool, och njuta av trevliga sociala ytor. Jonas var väldigt hjälpsam. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta!

Fantastiskt fint och massor av yta att umgås på för vår familj med fyra generationer. Nära till Köpenhamn centrum med bil eller kollektivtrafik. Kan varmt rekommendera ett besök här med Lene och Nick som värdpar.

Great house and amazing garden in a beautiful area north of Copenhagen. Christian the host was very helpful, relaxed and organized. A great escape from it all :)

Many thanks for having us. The house is extremely comfortable, fully equiped and very well located to the beach and Copenhagen. We had a splendid time and definitely consider to come back one day.

Tolle er den bedste vaert, man man forestille sig. Vi noed vores ophold I det smagfuldt indrettede hus.

Romslig, luftig og fint hus! Stor hage med mange muligheter og kort avstand til en nydelig strand 😊 Mange muligheter med bare ti min gange til toget - kommer gjerne igjen!

Absolutely lovely 4 night stay in Michael’s amazing home. The house was very nice and spacious with everything you may need. Several great outdoor areas in the garden surrounding the house. Perfect, well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals and eating in. Two great bathrooms. The house was perfectly clean and tidy. Check in was super smooth. Beautiful location in a quiet neighbourhood - yet central with just a short walk to Metro and beach, as well as s very pleasant 15-20 minute bike ride to the city center. Michael was so hospitable and responded very fast. He made proactive contact to check we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend Michael’s home to anyone looking for great hospitality and luxury at a peaceful location. Hope to come back again later!

Our family of 5 (three boys between 8 and 13) had a terrific few days at Sandra's house. The house was exactly as advertised, Sandra was terrific and it was only a short walk to the train which connected us directly into Copenhagen town. The kitchen was well appointed (everything we needed) and the bathroom was very nice. We would be very pleased to stay again.

Das kleine Gartenhaus hinter dem Haus der Vermieter ist neu eingerichtet mit Blick auf den Garten. Konnten auf der Holz-Terrasse vor dem Haus auch morgens in der Sonne frühstücken. Strand ist 20 min zu Fuß entfernt. Eine Tolle Bäckerei 🧁 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt und 10 Minuten zu einem sehr guten Supermarkt mit Tankstelle ⛽️. Der Blick aus der Sauna und die Gartendusche hinter dem Haus sind wunderschön. Wir haben morgens mehrfach ein Reh gesehen auf dem Grundstück. Wir waren 2 mal in Malmö und einmal in Kopenhagen von dort aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag Zimtschnecken gegessen vom Bäcker. Brot und Brötchen, auch der Cappuccino echt gut. Vermieter haben uns wie Freunde aufgenommen und waren immer mit Rat und Tat für uns da. Wir kommen gerne wieder, da wir sehr gerne in Schweden sind 🇸🇪 und generell die Ostsee lieben. Wer Ruhe liebt, die Natur und mehr Kontakt zu den Menschen dort, dann buchen. 😀👍

Wir genossen die Woche in der tollen Anlage mit dem alten Haus, dem modernen neuen Anbau und dem wunderbaren Garten. Der Garten ist sehr privat und direkt vor dem Haus ist man unmittelbar am Meer mit bester Aussicht, vor allem am Abend 🌅. Der Service und die Kommunikation mit Maria haben wunderbar geklappt, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

We had a great stay in Claus' place! It was conveniently located to Copenhagen airport and downtown, while also feeling quiet and safe. It was interesting seeing the decorations in the home which give style and personality - makes it distinctive vs a typical Airbnb. We cared for his sweet cat, who was also a nice addition to the place. Claus himself was very responsive and communicative throughout. would recommend!

Skønt sommerhus i meget rolige og smukke omgivelser. Vi fik meget ud af både sauna, vildmarksbad og fjorden. ☀️ Værterne var rigtigt flinke og bød os velkommen og hjalp med vores forespørgsler i løbet af opholdet 😊
