The Apartment, partially renovated in 2024, consists of a living area and kitchen on the ground floor. Sleeping area and bathroom on the bright basement floor with windows. It is located in a late 70's beach residence situated in the Migliarino, San Rossore, Massaciuccoli natural park. The place is very quiet, surrounded by pine trees which provide a lot of natural shade and breeze and it's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. FREE WIFI at all times.This is the perfect stay for NATURE LOVERS!!

Geen last van voorbijrijdende auto's doordat de camping een autovrije camping is. Parkeren op een afgesloten terrein op de camping. Camping lig 900 meter van zandstrand. Fietsen huren, zwembad, speeltuin restaurant, bar, supermarkt en kampwinkel.

Accesso esclusivo per soli residenti collocato a 300 metri dal mare ,raggiungibile tramite accesso privato .Appartamento composto da ampia camera matrimoniale terrazzata ,bagno e spaziosa sala con cucina datata di divano letto matrimoniale e con terrazzo ,per poter pranzare al aperto .Strutture presenti in loco :spiagge libere ,stabilimento balneari con possibilità di ospitare animali .

Byron Riverside Villa - for 6

Riverside Villa is developed on 3 floors, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (all en-suite, 3 with bathtubs, 1 with shower), a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. The current accommodation is for up to 6 people. But the house is very large and can comfortably host 8. Please check another listing called 'Riverside Villa - Byron for 8" if you are 7 or 8. The houses next door, Puccini and Teresa, can be rented at the same time, the whole villa can receive up to 18 people.

Puccini Riverside house - for 5

Puccini house is developed on 2 floors, it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with a bath, 1 with a shower, 1 with only WC and sink), a kitchen, a dining room and a large sitting room with a fireplace. The Puccini also has it's own private garden, directly communicating though a door with the larger villa garden, with access to the river. The houses next door, Byron and Teresa, can be rented at the same time, the whole villa can receive up to 18 people.

La Gianna Farmhouse - House Ulivo

Nocchi is located on the ancient Via Francigena that passes in the Camaiore valley before arriving in Lucca. Country of ancient origins of which since 810 the church of S. Pietro di "Noccle" is remembered. The history of Nocchi is above all linked to the existence of mills placed along the Lucese torrent, whose structures are still visible today. From Nocchi you can also reach the Apuane Alps from where you can enjoy the view of the Tirrenian Sea.

Silenzioso, riservato e a 20' dal mare. OSPITIAMO SOLO ADULTI e NON FUMATORI. Pedona si trova a 5' a piedi dall' alloggio, e offre 2 alimentari e 1 ottimo ristorante italiano. Camaiore, una città storica e ben servita, dista 8' in auto. Il nostro Wi-Fi è MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉. C'è la possibilità di prenotare un ombrellone in spiaggia privata a 25€ al giorno (pagamento in spiaggia).
