Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. Plenty of free parking just opposite the cottage. There is also a very handy village shop close by. A home away from home and only a short 25 min walk down the bridle path to the famous Daylesford Organic Farm shop, restaurants and Spa.

The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.
