They are situated in a house built of Karst stone 150 years ago, which results in natural air-conditioning, a more pleasant stay and connection with nature. Every apartment is bright and agreeable to stay in. It is perfectly furnished to offer the guests the possibility to relax after exploring and admiring natural beauties.

Ta skrbno obnovljena, preko 500 let stara kamnita hiša, združuje tradicionalno arhitekturo s sodobno eleganco in umetniškim pridihom. Vsak kotiček hiše krasijo dela slovenskih umetnikov, ki jih lahko tudi kupite in odnesete s seboj kot trajen spomin. Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saxida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. Purchase of excellent wines from our vineyards also possible.

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

The idylic house is surounded with concrete bunkers (one with a sauna place* and second with selected wines) built by Italian army. Carefully selected interior, with close attention to local, natural materials and hand made furniture, creates a welcoming athmosphere. The house is perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and nature, loves hiking, cycling or fly fishing.

De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor een supermarkt of een drankje.
