It has 3 bedrooms & can comfortably sleep 6 people. Very private with ducks, swans, deer and a bald eagle to enjoy! Only house in area is in our family as well so no neighbors. Escape technology (no internet or cable but Verizon and AT&T have coverage) & enjoy peace & quiet! Please note no air conditioning.

A one-mile meandering walk, over the river and through the woods will take you to downtown Petoskey and Lake Michigan. Along the riverwalk in the opposite direction is a skate park and running track. A community gas grill, tables and chairs, swings, and a fire pit are available to guests in the lakeside courtyard, or in winter settle in beside the condo’s electric fireplace to enjoy the frozen lake views and watch the ice fishing.
