Welcome to a piece of the Comox Valley history. Our character family home was an original farmhouse built in 1910. Settled between farmlands and the ocean, take your pick for scenery. Mountain & glacier views, walk across the street and you can be in the water with your kayak or paddleboard in minutes. The living room sofa bed will accommodate two more children or one more adult. The eat in kitchen has all appliances and a large bar that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Enjoy breathtaking ocean & mountain views, and wildlife from bald eagles to dolphins. Fire up the BBQ on your private deck, then later come enjoy the common firepit area! The cottage does not have ocean view, however, the waterfront is only 30 meters away on our property.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, large bath/shower, and a modern gas fireplace that's perfect for warming up after a day on the trails, seashore or Mt. Washington. A/C in summer, two 50" smart tv's (living room/bedroom). 2 Adults max, but there’s a pullout for kids.

Cumberland Lofthouse

Newly added Level 2 EV charger. The Lofthouse has sleeping/living space for 4 on the main level. Heated concrete floors. Fully stocked for a comfortable stay. Close to the forest trails and village amenities. The unique folding ladder to the (optional) loft is steep, so kids under 6 will need supervision. The ladder can be safely stowed against the wall. Safely store 3 bikes inside, and outside you can find a bike stand/wash station.
