Composto da un openspace con cucina accessoriata (forno, microonde,lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè...); un salotto con TV e divano. Le due camere da letto: una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli sono dotate di armadi capienti. Bagno comodo con doccia spaziosa. Giardino con tavoli esterni e barbecue. Si può parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà. Tassa di soggiorno: ciascun ospite paga 1 € al giorno

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

Monolocale sulla spiaggia

Monolocale fronte mare direttamente sulla spiaggia di Is Pruinis, sull'isola di Sant'Antioco. Il punto di forza di questa casa è la vista sul mare e la tranquillità. Non è la spiaggia più bella dell’isola, ma proprio per questo è poco frequentata, e si trova a metà strada tra le spiagge più belle e il paese.
