This apartment is in a fantastic location! It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Taipei World Trade Center and the MRT station, making it super easy to get around the city. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area, which was perfect for both work and leisure. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot for my business trip!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb apartment in Taiwan for a work trip. The location is perfect—there are many restaurants, shops, and a nearby night market, which made it convenient to grab meals and relax after a busy day. The apartment looks just like the pictures—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and kind, allowing us to check in early, which was really helpful. Communication was easy, and the host made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The only downside was the narrow stairs, which could be challenging if you're carrying large or heavy luggage. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area for work or leisure.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Taipei, right by Da’an Station—literally just a one-minute walk away! The location couldn’t be more convenient, with everything you might need within five minutes’ walk: banks, bubble tea shops, 7-11, you name it. The flat itself was spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. What really stood out was the host. Incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. When we arrived during a holiday period and realized all the banks were closed, the host didn’t hesitate to help us exchange money—a gesture we were so grateful for. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Taipei!

We were a family of four visiting from the US. The apartment was comfortable and very convenient. Although Taipei 101 looks like it is tucked in a corner of the sprawl of Taipei, there is a lot going on in the neighborhood, both glitzy and more local in flavor. Ryan’s place is three minutes from the Taipei 101 MRT station and across the busy boulevard from the 101 Tower, yet because there is a large building between the street and the apartment, the apartment was quiet throughout the day. Note that the halls and common spaces are very much to traditional Taiwan standards of condition; the apartment itself is very clean. We removed our shoes at the door and were very comfortable in the apartment. We were in Taiwan in December so we used the heat on occasion. We were able to keep the temperature comfortable throughout the night without an issue. Beds are firm as usual for Asia.

A great stay in a great neighborhood! The flat is nice, just as described and pictured. All of the amenities you need for a comfortable long stay. The modern appliances are effective and easy to use. The space was pristine when we arrived, everything ready for our stay. The building is very nice with great staff! Mr. Wei in front security is awesome and always helpful and friendly. You cannot beat the location! Steps from a main MRT station, it is easy to get anywhere in Taipei. Everything you need is also in walking distance and it is a fun neighborhood to explore on foot, as well. An easy walk to the night market with countless vendors and great food. Our host helped us to arrange airport transportation, which made check-in seamless since our driver knew the location and how to get us into our flat. Because of our long stay, we opted for additional house cleaning, and she always did a superb job and also ensured we were well stocked with soap and TP. Great place to feel at home!

Great Host, loved the place and safe. Walking distance to great eateries and attractions. The place was able to accommodate our party of four. The lady at the reception downstairs is nice and our trash was picked up upon request. Thank you Mandy, Winnie and Momo.

Leo is an excellent communicator! He met us at check-in right on time and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the apartment, making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had all the essentials for a great stay. The location was fantastic—there were plenty of great restaurants and cafes just steps away, and it was only a short walk to several shopping malls and convenience stores. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return on our next trip!

Perfect apartment. Looked like the photos. Shower was great and refreshing. Location is perfect. Multiple options to take the train/bus. Lots of great coffee places nearby and plenty food options. Natural daylight from the balcony and comfy bed. Highly recommend those looking for comfort in the center of Taipei.

Nice place in a convenient location right in the heart of downtown Taipei and conveniently located on the Blue Line. The apartment was clean and as described. The rooms were a little separated (2 together and 1 across the living room) but they were all spacious and as described. Bathrooms were clean, one with a bathtub (no shower curtain) and the other with a shower. Kitchen was clean and functional.

Excellent location in a nice neighborhood. It's about a 6-minute walk from the Da'An playground which is perfect for young families. Metro station is close by. Many restaurants and convenience stores are walking distance. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a comfortable stay.

It was our first time in Taipei and Taiwan, and as a family of 4, travel logistics can be hard. Hannah and her co-hosts were super responsive and helpful, and we even booked an airport pick up with them (disclaimer, I am fluent in Mandarin so we communicated in Chinese, but they do also speak English). Arrival at Airbnb were smooth, and the neighborhood is incredible. We picked Da'an because our friends told us it was hip with lots of things to do. The area around the Airbnb had a ton of restaurants but wasn't so crowded because it was a residential area away from the main intersection. The apartment itself is inside an older building, as many apartments in Taipei are. If you've been to Taipei, you'll know. But if you haven't, it might be a bit jarring. Also there was construction opposite the apartment when we stayed there. Hannah was very responsive and when our shower head didn't work, it was replaced in an hour. Thank you!

Clean and very convenient to anywhere in Taipei. 1 min walking to MRT station . Yoco & Catherine are very helpful, always eager to answer questions, help & easy to talk. The property is accessible to Taipe Main station, Ximending walk street and other great local restaurants. The property looked better than expected is very spacious for the six of us. The family had a great stay, thank you once again.

Very good value for money, the apartment is actually accessible through a store. 3 flights of stairs to walk up and down, be strong ! The 3 rooms are independant and offer only a little bit of privacy. 2 of them don't have a window to outdoor. A few appliances need reparation, the owner now knows about it. The kitchen and equipment are super basic, but fine. One separated toilet where it's hard to stand and little space for the legs when seated. Another toilet is in the bathroom. The bathtub is not protected by any curtain, the shower handle not holding well. The highlight is the living room, very bright and spacious. We could not enjoy the terrace due to bad weather, which also showed the lack of insulation of the roof and the apartment in general. When it's 15°C outside, you feel the cold inside. The big window is oriented south and I believe it must be on the other hand really hot in sunny days. Anyway a very good place to spend a few nights in Taipei with my family, we enjoyed !

Smooth communications from day one and had a wonderful stay. The unit felt like home right away. I am always looking for a deal that carrys the quality and value instead of the lowest price. I will book this property again without any hasitation.

我们一家6个人住的很舒服。房子很干净。应有尽有。房子就在商场的上面。 大概唯一的缺点就是每次进出需要乘搭2各不一样楼层的电梯，住2天的我们一直进出会觉得挺麻烦的。还有热水器不是很好，冲洗一半水会一直变冷，断续几次了。 其它都没问题。整体还是满意的。

Sonam’s place was just as listed in the picture and very clean. The only thing that my parents were confused on was the tv situation. There is a tv but no local channels. Other than that everything was great. Sonam even let them check out later than 11am. Would definitely recommend.
