You will literately have to wear you swimsuit and walk straight on the sand. Our house lies in the district called "Chrisi Akti" (Golden beach), 4 kms away from the centre of Chania and only 150 m from the golden sandy beach. Three more beaches are at your "disposal" within a 5 min walk. Just a few steps from the house there is a lovely park where you can enjoy running, jogging or just walking early in the morning or late in the evening ideal spot for couple or families to discover real Crete.

Villa L1/ Boutique villa

Villa L1 was complete in June 2019 and sits close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. It is a fine example of contemporary architecture and sustainability. The villa is placed next to the liquid element, which wraps around the front facade. Thus, with the use of large glass surfaces on the three sides, a visual relationship between the liquid element, the ground floor areas, and the external spaces is achieved.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.

The DS Seaside Studio is located in a graphic area and is just a 10 minutes walk from the beaches "Chrissi Akti", "Aptera" and "Agioi Apostoloi". The city is located 2.8 km away. Ideal for 2 people with a comfortable king size bed (160cm x 200 cm). Spacious garden with view. Free parking space is available.
