Second time staying in this place the host was very welcoming. The house was clean and had a great time with family. Only issue I had was that check out on Airbnb said 12pm and the staff came and told us to leave at 11 but I had no issues other then that it was ok .

Annalen’s place is perfect for family gatherings. There’s no signal and it’s literally off the grid— so we couldn’t use our phones aside from taking pictures. The ambiance and overall feel of the accommodation were exactly as described. On the way to the place was a little bit rough but only because it was raining so hard that the road was muddy and slippery. It was completely understandable though. There’s kitchen and utensils when you need them and toilet is clean! Weather was about 18-21 degrees when we got there but the blankets and mattresses provided were enough to keep us warm and comfortable. One of the best parts for me is that there were three dogs who greeted us when we arrived and “guarded” the house for the entire time we were there. They asked for pats and cuddles! As a dog-mom, this made me feel more at home and safe. Thank you, Analen!

Good place to stay located inside a subdivision which is not far from the main road. Place is clean and has a parking space inside. Self check-in instructions are sent clearly and owner is responsive to guest needs. Location though is a bit far from the city center but if you want a peaceful and homey atmosphere in your stay, this is the perfect place for you. Water has some issues but the house itself has a small water tank with a pump to turn on for uninterrupted water flow. Also owner made sure that the tank is filled daily. Wifi though loses signal from time to time, we stayed only for a night so i don’t know if that was an isolated issue but we encounter problems with internet stability while we were there. Nevertheless, the place is a good find and would not hesitate to book again if we ever come back to Malaybalay.

This place is very affordable especially for a group, and they provided more amenities and additional/complementary service not listed on the app. They have friendly and courteous staff with great security. The only thing that needs improvement is the time it takes for the host to respond to chats/queries. Also, it adds a touch of love and care if the staff briefs the guests of the full amenities of place upon check-in, in case the guests miss to explore the cabinets and cupboards. Other than that, WE GOT MORE THAN WHAT WE PAID FOR. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Joel and Jarid have been amazing. It's my 2nd stay at their property now. I went there with my family. Jarid went above and beyond for me, even sorting out transportation options to and from the property. Which was a massive help. The property itself is fantastic. When i stayed there a few years ago, there was no pool. Now, there is. The upstairs balcony is also fantastic and a great breath of fresh air. There's no property/Airbnb like this place in Cagayan de Oro. Tonnes of character and a genuinely homely place. Whether you're going with just family like me, or going with a large group of friends, i heavily recommend this Joel/Jarid's place.

Christine is very responsive and accomodating. Her place is nice and cozy. Everything inside the house is well organized. She has mini shop also inside which is very helpful. Her place is safe and quiet if you want privacy for your family this ones for you. Thank you so much po it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend your place to our friends in Cebu. We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always available to answer any questions. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this host for anyone looking for a warm and hassle-free experience!

The place was great! It has easy access to bug malls and restaurants. The place is also peaceful and there is 7-11 outside the condominium. My only concern were the utensils because I think they are a bit old and needs to be replaced. Good thing we packed some so it was no big deal. Still, I highly recommend the place.
