Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

This home is located across from the Delaware County Fair grounds in a very quiet neighborhood centrally located in Muncie sitting very close to Ball State University and IU Hospital and if you like to bike ride, Cardinal Greenway bike trail is very close by. Enjoy the many games provided for all age groups along with some grilling out , corn hole games and enjoy some hot tub time under the stars.

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful stay tucked in Cypress, Walnut and Pine trees. Centrally located to Ball State University, there are many incredible events and facilities right up the road perfect for families and students. Our home is a recently renovated with brand new appliances, a big yard with lots of shady trees, large sun room, patio seating, propane grill and an outdoor firepit. We offer seasonal produce and fresh chicken eggs. Relax and unwind on Riverside Ave!

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).

Come stay in a nice,clean,peaceful home. 2 bedroom ,1 bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, back deck and fenced in back yard. 5 minutes from downtown Muncie, 10 minutes from Ball State University, 2 minutes from Walmart, & minutes away from the Cardnial Greenway trail. Property improvements coming in spring/summer of 2024. Deck re-sufacing, patio furniture, propane grill ,furniture and interior decore!!!
