The Picture House, Hingham, Norfolk

The Picture House - because of the huge 75” smart HDTV, library of DVDs and collection of original film posters on the walls! It has been beautifully renovated into a luxurious accommodation, comprising of a cosy bedroom with super king size bed with a door leading out to a private garden. The bathroom has a huge walk in shower, loo and basin. The wow factor is the huge open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with island and a full sized pool table, woodburner and large comfy sofas.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

The stylish kingsize suite has a compact deluxe en suite shower room, a mini kitchen (kettle, fridge) & an honesty bar. 30 mins from Norwich & 45 mins from the beautiful Norfolk coast, walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep (bikes can be borrowed). The rooms showcase everything that local producers have to offer. Make the most of the peaceful surroundings on the small patio outside the Bramble Room.

The Granary offers comfort and peacefulness in a country setting just 4 miles from Wymondham and 11 miles from Norwich. Train and bus connections just 2 miles away in Attleborough. The Granary is a cosy retreat within the grounds of our Mill House. Contemporary kitchen facilities: mini oven, microwave. Heating; electric radiators and underfloor heating in bathroom. Entry is via our property with off street parking. Sorry no pets and not suitable for small children. Max occupancy 2 people.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Situated above our oak framed cartlodge in the grounds of our house on the edge of the 44 acre village green of Old Buckenham. The village has 2 pubs, shop and country walks. The Treehouse accommodates 2+2 and has a double bedroom, shower room and large open plan living area/games room with kitchenette and breakfast bar.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Little Orchard is adjoined to the family home with it's own private entrance, it offers open plan kitchen, living room & dining space. Separate double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Situated in the heart of Norfolk, and so central for visiting Norwich (14 miles), the beautiful Norfolk Broads and all the varied beaches from Hunstanton to Gt. Yarmouth. Sandringham is worth a visit also High Lodge in the Thetford Forest.

The Hares luxury Pod overlooking Banham Moor
