Very nice 3-bedroom apartment with beds in two. The apratment is in a secured complex. There are wonderful views from one of the balconies. The checkin and checkout is very flexible and smooth. Care take waited and key handover was on time. Thanks to the owner for communicating well from the beginning to end.

Mr Kawser is a nice person, co operative. Caretaker Russel is helpfull. House is spacious, clean with most facilities. Nice place to live for a big familly.

We had a great time at MD Ashraf’s place. Initially there were some concerns but the owner was very responsive and took necessary steps to make our stay pleasant. Staffs were available specially Arefin for any issues or questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again in future.

This is a beautifully designed home surrounded by nature and quiet. It far exceeded our expectations. We loved the peaceful setting. The sun room on the top floor with a grass terrace outside is a great place to relax. Ashraf and the caretaker were both quite helpful when issues came up. We paid to have meals cooked there for us. It feels like it's in the country, but it's in a quiet gated residential neighborhood with nice paved streets. It's a great place to take walks with family (usually difficult to do in Bangladesh). There's a nice bike there to use. The house is equipped with AC's but no power backup at this point, so it gets warm during power outages. This is an amazing place! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a vacation combining modern conveniences with the beauty and quiet of nature.

I had the opportunity to stay for 10 nights at this apartment. Safety is a big concern in Dhaka. This apartment is well compounded with 24-hour security. The Dhanmondi Big Mosque is just next door and it was a big plus for me. Positives + Safe + 24 Hour Security + Very suitable for families + Walkable distance to KFC, Restaurants, Super Markets, Fruit shops, etc + Large space and tastefully kept + Amazing Host + 3 BHK with a sitting room, Big Hall, Balcony integrated into the Hall + Airconditioned Bed Rooms + Good Wifi (unlimited) + Good quality furniture + Working Kitchen with Microwave & Stove + Large Freezer in the hall (Did not use it though) + Maid comes at 10 am + Adjacent to Dhanmondi Big Mosque + Lift facility + 24-hour hot water Negatives - Needs Pest Control - Bed Cushion is hard (good for people with back pain) - Kitchen utensils were very old and not usable - The kitchen needs to be better equipped with plates, tissue papers, etc. - Old Television with poor picture quality (Not Flat Screen). Switched on only on the last night!! - No change in Bed Sheets or Towel (No option either as only one is provided per bedroom) Nevertheless, I really enjoyed staying at the property as it made me feel at home. I would like to stay again at this place during my future visits to Dhaka.

I am happy to stay there all over I can say it’s good place to stay. Hot water system is available but only in one bathroom. Place wise is very comfortable and convenient Kitchen is good probably need little more attention. Finally I am happy and this place works for my stay. Next time I will stay here again

They are awesome hosts. Mr. Minhaz was very friendly and helpful all the way during our stay. There were actually some issues with check-in and checkout arrangement that we had made. But he did his best, given the circumstances, to make alternate arrangements and ultimately made it right by us. Very attentive in providing in all the amenities available and also provided a few things we requested. The place was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Loved the water filter in the kitchen. Only thing we felt was missing enough spoons. Would definitely recommend the hosts and confidently recommend the other places they own given our experience with them.

That’s the fourth time I come in that house, I love it for position, silence (it’s rare to find a house in Dhaka where you can’t barely listen the street horns), kitchen very functional and fully al equipped by kitchen tool of all type, comfortable and spacious. I’ll back again..

Omar is a great host, very responsive and thoughtful. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the location is also very good. I had another great stay and will plan to stay here again when next I visit Dhaka.

When i saw this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Mr. Sayem and his associate Mr. Tarek is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Our main concern was the hospital (evercare) which was near to this location. So basically the area is quiet but still close to everything you need But They went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable.
