Great value for the cost and amazing space for a large group. Place was exactly as advertised and communication with the hosts was seamless. There is a lot to do within walking distance or it is quite easy to get around via transit or car. Really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful and well-appointed condo. Couldn't have been happier with the accommodations for our large group. Parking was super convenient, and it was nice to be able to have the car close by and not have to find a lot or garage. Chloe kindly checked in with us right after we arrived to make sure all was well. Just note that the stairs from the street and up to the condo once inside the building are a bit steep. It's also a busy and vibrant area, so you can hear traffic and other city sounds at all hours. If you have earplugs or a white noise device, this is not an issue, especially given the lovely accommodations and surroundings. The location was simply amazing, especially with Parc du Fontaine so close by. I highly recommend Chloe's place!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour le chalet était grand spacieux et chaleureux les chambres sont spacieuses beaucoup de lit et de canapé pour se mettre à l’aise les salles de bain propres cuisine bien équipée et un grand salon où on a pu tous se regrouper jouer à des jeux de société discuter etc… Franchement on a adoré notre séjour et recommande vivement ❤️

Great place to stay! The only hiccup we had was not Jason’s fault. If I come again I’ll make sure we have an early reservation at a close luggage storage place. We waited too long to plan on where our luggage would be before we checked in. Liked the apt. Thanks for hosting us! We will come again!

The place is in a great location with parking. Perfect for a family of 5. Restaurants near by and close to tourist attractions.

We stayed here for its location and nearness to an event we were attending. Even then it is only a 10-15 min walk to several subway stops, and some great local restaurants are within a 5 min walk.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Sam's place. It's a quiet place with plenty of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The extra folding table and chairs were very useful...had a puzzle going in the living room all weekend! It's unfortunate it was too cold to take advantage of the big deck. So happy I didn't host everyone at home! Staying at Sam's place was so much easier! Will try to do it again during the summer months.

We each had our own bedrooms, which was a huge plus, but one of our favorite parts of the stay was hanging out on the two extra beds in the living room—such a perfect bonus for late night movie watching! The apartment felt spacious without being overwhelming, with beautiful high ceilings, great natural light, and thoughtful touches throughout. It had that charming, historic vibe—like a Parisian flat—with modern conveniences like keypad entry and plenty of storage space (which we definitely needed after MUCH enthusiastic shopping). We felt very safe as two women traveling together, and the neighborhood was quiet but well-connected. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable space that gives you both privacy and great shared space, you’ll be so glad you booked here. We’d absolutely recommend for 2-3 guests!
