The place is amazing, great decor, clean and spacious. Easy and walkable access to most of the attractions and amazing coffee places close to it.

Super amazing host!! Helped us out so much and had a very clean and nice place. It does get a little loud outside at night on the weekend but I would still stay there again next time I come.

Everything was great. The place was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay again if I came back to Seattle great host.

Ahmadreza's place is very spacious and has a beautiful view of Queen Anne. The house is on the top of a rather large hill, so it could be difficult for those with mobility issues, but the view is absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend the house for anyone who wants a large private space and doesn't mind a small hike. The area is rather residential with some good brunch restaurants nearby as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Ingrid's place in Kirkland. The unit was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings! Ingrid was such a friendly and responsible host, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect (especially during the unfortunate power outage on my first night- she made sure I had a flashlight and a candle!) The location was absolutely fantastic! I loved being able to take a short, easy walk to Lake Washington. The peaceful surroundings and charming neighborhood have completely sold me on the idea of moving to the Kirkland area. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and beautifully managed stay!

This place is a gem! Clean, peaceful, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need — cookware, oils and spices, toiletries, extra linens, and an assortment of snacks. I didn’t want to leave :) Casie and Ian are friendly and responsive hosts. Highly recommend this place!

Neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. I liked that there was always a spot for me to park right in front. The place was very clean and organized. Fire places in each room kept us warm and comfortable. The huge TV was great for watching movies but keep in mind you will need your own logins to streaming services. Mattresses are memory foam which I usually struggle with for my lower back but these were much better than normal. I think the price is fair for what you get. We didn’t have any issues at all! Eric was kind and quickly responded to all messages.

Loved this house I scored a last minute ressie! I travel to Seattle so much and will ALWAYS try to stay at Evalyne's house .... The only (minor) issue is the parking is sketchy...but she let's you know this well ahead of time so you can be ready to hunt for parking if you get in late night.

This is the perfect Air BnB experience we all want! This little house is so comfortable and comforting. Beautiful, well appointed, with a great host. We are here in winter, yet the garden is a joy. We will absolutely stay again, hopefully in Spring/Summer to enjoy all the Red Cedar Grove Retreat has to offer.

Great location for where it’s at. Honestly, my favorite part about the house was the bed. It was so comfortable. Honestly, I need to ask where you guys got your pillows from I need those at home. Overall, the house was nice and minimalistic. I think the only tiff I would have is getting accustom to the parking. Otherwise our stay was amazing and very easy. Very walkable to diners and ice cream shop and food.

We loved our stay at Ryker’s place! We stayed with our baby and appreciated the room-darkening shades and the baby gate available to use for the top of the stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful, friendly and safe, and there’s a field right outside the house with flowers and birds which the baby loved! The house was clean and well-fitted with everything you’d need, nice appliances, plenty of pillows and towels too. Ryker was a great host, super nice and communicated quickly and effectively. Will definitely stay here again, it’s a wonderful house!

Nara made me feel right at home. I arrived very late, but was able to easily gain access to the rental. There was plenty of room for myself and my pets. I felt safe and the location was private. I walked around a private neighborhood loop many times and waved to the neighbors who waved back. I am an independent guest and Nara allowed me that privacy while taking care of her home. I had a couple of small updates and requests. Nara was very responsive and always friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and I expect other guests will have a similar experience. Thank you Nara!!

The home is exactly how it is pictured. Very comfortable and cozy. Felt like home away from home. It had all the Essentials a kitchen needs besides a cutting board. location was perfect for me. right in middle between tacoma and Seattle.

We loved our stay at Wohee’s place, the townhouse is perfectly placed near both a lovely park and walking distance to Capitol Hill area. She and the family were very helpful whenever we reached out to them and we can highly recommend staying here!

A lovely place to stay in a terrific and convenient neighborhood. Suited our family of 3 perfectly. Easy check-in and parking. Lots of interior space. And access to a big washer and dryer right in the apartment.

David's condo was amazing -- perfect place and in a great location. Incredible views of the waterfront, and with parking it was perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean and clear instructions on everything. Easy choice for a stay in the area.

Tetiana was super responsive and the home was very clean with every amenity needed. Love this area whether you’re driving, walking, or using public transit.

The House was great! Notable highlight is being walking distance from a lot of major attractions and being able to find hidden gems nearby.

This property has amazing views of the Elliott Bay! Host Sean is super helpful in messages through out the reservation with clear details of check-in/check-out process. I would come again!

Alan's place, though cozy, was perfectly located within walking distance of activities and restaurants. The rooftop deck was amazing with a fantastic view of the Space Needle and downtown high rises. And Alan was helpful and responsive during our entire trip, making sure we had a comfortable stay.

I would highly recommend this stay. For us, the location was great. Easy to find parking, beautiful and safe area. The primary bedroom was large and ensuite; the second bedroom was more like a loft-up ladder-like steps, which was fine for my daughter and friend. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, too! Large and airy with gorgeous views. We very much enjoyed our visit!

The Condo/Townhouse was very clean and you cannot beat the location. All CityPass locations are very walkable. The bakery downstairs is amazing and there are many good restaurants and bars. We took our teenage boys there and they loved being able to grab stuff from the Belltown Market as well. It is a bit noisy as the alley below has contruction trucks and trash trucks so leaving the windows open was not great. Overall the place was great!
