We will make sure that your stay will be amazing! The house is by car five minutes from the sea. You will have a nice view of the surrounded trees and hills. There is a mini-market exactly beside the house so you will have all you need without going far. Most importantly there wont be any noises and its peacefully as you can imagine.

Our villa will be a pleasant surprise with its minimal design, in absolute respect to the simple lines of nature, with a view to the sun emerging from the mountains of Evia. A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.
