Lofts als Ferienunterkünfte in Ostflandern

Hôte disponible facilement en cas de besoin, même à distance. Logement confortable (sauf peut-être le canapé-lit un peu fatigué) et nickel. A 2 min à pieds d’un arrêt de tram qui emmène au centre-ville en 15 min. Zone résidentielle très calme. C’est idéal. Petit extérieur agréable. Thierry donne de bons conseils pour découvrir Bruxelles et y manger. Chouette quoi!

We had a fantastic stay at Maarten’s place. It was perfect to attend The Tour of Flanders and to explore the area. The loft was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. There were some great local cafes/bars within walking distance too. Maarten and his family were wonderful hosts, thank you for having us and hopefully we will be back one day!

Jennifer was very thoughtful and communicative. Since I was visiting end of September she made sure that I was warm enough; offering me more blankets and even moving me to warmer room. Their home is beautifully decorated and close to the train station (about a 7-10 minute walk.) I enjoyed staying there as it was a quiet, safe place to come back to but still very close to the train station and the main center of Brussels; so, it was easy to explore Brussels and the rest of Belgium

This apartment is in the absolute perfect location for exploring Gent. The space is huge and has gorgeous views. We had a wonderful time. There is a 6 Euro per person per night City tax that needs to be paid before arrival outside of the app and you need to have what's app for communication, but as long as those items are acceptable, the unit is lovely. Thanks!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, komfortabel und super zentral gelegen. Alles war wie beschrieben, man wohnt ruhig und trotzdem mitten in Gent - top! Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist sehr schwierig. Man sollte sich unbedingt an die Wegbeschreibung von Dirk halten. Ein Hinweis, dass Google Maps nicht verwendet werden kann, wäre sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten eine private geschlossene Garage im Haus reserviert. In der Wegbeschreibung auf der Airbnb-Seite ist beschrieben, wie man die Garage findet und hineinkommt. Leider stimmte der Zugangscode nicht. Das Schloss der Eingangstür ließ sich ebenfalls nicht mit dem Schlüssel öffnen, es klemmte. Ansprechperson vor Ort ist Nayibe, die telefonisch erreichbar, aber wenig hilfsbereit war. Sie behauptete, der Code würde stimmen und das Schloss hätte am Vortag noch funktioniert. Schließlich erfuhren wir, dass der reservierte Parkplatz in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus und NICHT im Haus ist. Das Schloss der Haustür funktionierte bis zum Ende nicht.

Ben was een top host, aardig en communicatief. De ruimte was netjes, groot en had mooie lichtinval. De locatie was ook top, centraal maar toch in een zijstraatje waardoor het niet druk op straat was. Ik zou het aanraden!

Unser Kurzurlaub in Hermans Loft war sehr schön. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Hündin dort, die sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war einfach und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Die Unterkunft ist für alle zu empfehlen, die Lust auf etwas ruhiges haben mit tollen Spaziermöglichkeiten.

Anne is een vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw. Haar gastenverblijf is een paradijsje in Beersel voor wie graag logeert in een authentieke kamer op een unieke locatie, en voor wie van rust en de natuur houdt. Een aanrader!

Prachtig verblijf met goed geoutilleerde keuken. Ann was er zelf niet, maar had alles keurig beschreven waardoor we prima onze weg konden vinden. Lekker bed, mooie badkamer; kortom alles perfect!

We really loved staying here. We were a party of 3, and we luckily ran into one of the co-hosts when we arrived. He promptly explained (in French) where everything is and opened the door for us. The language wasn't an issue because I speak a bit of French and used a translation app for everything else I needed to know on the spot. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything smelled fresh and clean, it was a really nice space. The hosts live upstairs, so this is something you should take into consideration if you decide to stay here. We didn't mind, as they did not disrupt us in any way (it was actually helpful that they were there!). The area is quiet, but it's quite far from the city centre. We chose this place specifically as it was close to the Forest Arena, and we wanted to attend a concert there. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend this place wholeheartedly. The hosts are really nice and were fast to answer any requests we had.

La casa és meravellosa i perfectament equipada. No hi faltava res. Molt ben situada si et mous amb cotxe. Bones vistes i lloc tranquil. La casa està bellament decorada, extraordinàriament còmoda, nova, cuidada, neta. Filip i Annick foren molt amables i atents. Sempre disposats a ajudar-nos en tot el que li demanàvem referent a la planificació del nostre viatge. It is very well located if you are traveling by car. Good sights and quiet place. The house is beautifully decorated, extraordinarily comfortable, new, well-kept, clean. Filip and Annieck were very kind and attentive. They were always willing to help us with everything we asked them regarding planning our trip. The house is highly recommended.

Voor onze teambuilding (groep van 7) was dit een uitstekend pand! Mooie open, grote ruimtes, uitstekende douches, voldoende handdoeken, een zeer goede uitgeruste keuken en goede bedden ( 1 persoonsbed minder). Enige minpuntje; moeilijk om de juiste lichtschakelaar te vinden en sommige sfeerlampen werken niet… We hebben erg genoten van dit pand en zou met een groep zeker nog terug keren!

echt schitterend verblijf, zelfs nog groter dan verwacht. prima locatie, rustige buurt, centrum goed beloopbaar. supermarkt ed allemaal in de omgeving. genoten!

Wij huurden dit appartement om naar Gent Jazz te gaan. Alles was helemaal in orde! Heel mooi verblijf en heerlijke bedden. Het terras is ook fantastisch, alleen jammer dat er geen schaduw voorzien was waardoor we bij aankomst en die namiddag niet op het terras konden zitten. ‘s morgens wel heel leuk kunnen ontbijten op het terras. Bij vragen werd ook onmiddellijk gereageerd! We konden ook zonder problemen een late check out regelen. Kortom, alles was top! Ik raad het iedereen aan!

Wir haben mit drei Erwachsenen eine sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubswoche in der toll gelegenen und ausgestatteten Wohnung von Dieter erlebt. Wir haben uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt und häufig in der sehr komfortablen Küche gekocht. Selbst die Stühle um den Esstisch waren richtig bequem. Mit unseren guten Tourenrädern haben wir den Schutz der abgeschlossenen Tiefgarage sehr geschätzt. Der Ausblick auf die sanierten schönen Hafenanlagen und der Weg am Hafenbecken mit seinen vielfältigen Hausbooten haben uns täglich Freude bereitet. Ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um Gent und seine Umgebung mit dem Rad zu entdecken. Die sehr freundliche und immer hilfreiche Kommunikation mit Dieter rundete den Urlaub prima ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
