Laura was AMAZING! From the day I made the reservations, to the day we left. Everything was clean and beautiful. it was our first trip to Memphis. We came to visit Graceland, Beale Street ( highly highly HIGHLY recommend the gumbo at Blues City Cafe on Beale! ) and to see the Peabody Ducks. But Laura went above and beyond and sent us information on other activities to do and visit while we were there of we had time aside from what we had planned. It certainly is NOT our last trip to Memphis and we will continue to book with Laura as long as her beautiful cottage is available!

We had 9 people and the hosts were more than accomodating. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep in and we had 2 washers and dryers! We were in town for a swim meet so having the extra laundry was a plus! The kitchen/dining area was very spacious and able to accomodate our large group.

This location was perfect for our long weekend in Memphis! The home was clean, the gated entry made us feel safe, and the backyard space was absolutely gorgeous (our dog agrees!). We would most definitely stay again if we were to come back to Memphis.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Esthela’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The lake was beautiful and the outside seating made you feel very welcome and rested. The kitchen had everything we needed and they provided a basket of snacks as well! The location was perfect, close to downtown Memphis and Graceland, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well after days of exploring. Esthela was a wonderful host—communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience! Have stayed in another property of Andrea & Tres's. Amazing. Everything was exactly as it looked online and I knew the quality would be exactly what I expected from their other rental.

First, we almost never write reviews (just not really review people - haha)! Genny and Paul’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed (just as described and we also messaged to verify a few things before hand and all worked out just as it was explained to us). We felt well served (and even spoiled) by the “little things” that Genny and Paul clearly put thought into to make the stay so nice - organized baskets, chic appliances, and overall functionality. We also have two doodles - so, the laundry and storage area to crate them, grassy areas near by for their business, and the patio for lounging worked perfectly for our dogs! Lastly, the kids loved the outdoor TV, hot tub, the pond, and we all loved the overall area to walk/look about this wonderful scenery! We are just so impressed and would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Genny and Paul!

We loved staying here! It was in a great location and was fully furnished with everything we needed. It was also very spacious and felt like a home away from home. We loved how each bedroom had a theme and how very comfortable the beds were. When we visit again, this will definitely be the first place we choose to stay!

Mrs Heather took us in after our host canceled the night before we were supposed to pull out and i cant say that im uoset anymore because Mrs Heathers home was amazing! I have never seen a vacation home as nice as this one and my family has been to many. It is clean, stocked/equipped with EVERYTHING and spacious. My granddaughters stayed outside for HOURS between the pool, tennis court, hot tub and other small games they have equipped the home with. We had a. great time and will be back for a longer stay next time

Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to everything you need. Kroger, Starbucks etc. Sheila was the best! So responsive and helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. If you plan to cook, bring all of your seasoning and spices there aren't any but that wasn't really expected just a nice to have . 2 of the 3 beds are excellent soft mattresses and the third is much more firm for those who like that. Very nice Ceiling fans is all 3 bedrooms and living room that don't make annoying noises. Living room furniture was very comfortable with few small blankets. The towels were very nice and plenty of them. The back patio was wonderful. We stayed outside most of the day enjoying the quiet Spring day. One note: If you want to use the propane fire table on the patio or grill you would need to bring your own propane. There is also a charcoal grill so you have options. The backyard was truly beautiful . There is a fire pit in the side yard. BYO wood. The driveway had space for 3-4 cars.
