You’re a five minute drive to the 401, 5 minute drive to metro or no frills (among others) and an 11 minute drive to downtown London (using bud gardens for reference). Laid back, easy going hosts :)

Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of downtown London. Located right above cocktail bar Lucy’s, this studio apartment is perfect for date night or a night out with friends. Richmond row has tons to offer from restaurants, bars, shopping, and also Victoria Park which is across the street. We do want to let you know that on Friday and Saturday this is not a quiet place as it is located over top of a cocktail lounge. Parking is also not included.

This guest suite has a separate entrance and private self-check-in with coded entry. The unit is within the home. It is near Victoria Hospital, ETA is less than 5 min bus or 3 min drive. Walking distance to 3 beautiful ponds for a great afternoon walk. Also within walking distance to Food Basic, Shoppers, Tim Hortons, public library, convenience store, & more. Don’t forget to walk to one of the best pizzerias in town.

This basement room is like an apartment with it's own private entrance, down 5 exterior steps. Enjoy a tiny private bathroom, kitchenette & shared laundry area. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate with pots, dishes & silverware. Room has two beds, desk, dresser and TV with DVD player & FireTV. Please note the bathroom is very small, do not complain about it, you've been informed!
