Ein Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert mit Geschichte. Unsere fünf privaten Apartments sind der perfekte Ort, um sich zurückzuziehen oder direkt in das lebendige Cádiz einzutauchen. Ob beim Lesen oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse – hier ist genug Raum, um zu entspannen und sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Alle Apartments blicken auf die Plaza Candelaria und bewahren die originalen Holzdecken aus dem 19. Jahrhundert sowie die traditionellen marokkanischen Zementfliesen, die jedem Apartment seinen einzigartigen Charme verleihen. Der Zugang zum gesamten Haus ist exklusiv für unsere Hausgäste, inklusive Dachterrasse mit gemütlichen Sitzbereichen – ideal, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Das Haus in zentraler Lage mitten am „Plaza de la Candelaria“ ist jeweils 250 m von der Kathedrale und vom Markt sowie 20 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ursprünglich befand sich am Platz ein 1567 erbautes Kloster, welches 1873 abgerissen wurde, um den kleinen Klosterinnenhof zum Plaza zu erweitern. Nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich Supermärkte, mehrere Cafés und ausgezeichnete Restaurants sowie alles was man benötigt.

Estudio La Oca es un apartamento en pleno centro de Cádiz con cocina-sala de estar, dormitorio y baño en un edificio histórico reformado en 2022. Cuenta con aire acondicionado y calefacción, wifi, derecho a uso de zona de lavandería, un patio y una gran terraza comunes del edificio. El dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio. La superficie total del estudio es de 35 m2. Si durante la estancia necesitas una limpieza extra de tu estudio se podrá realizar con un suplemento al coste de la estancia.

La Casa Palacio de los Leones data del siglo XVII, conserva el diseño y el estilo arquitectónico barroco original del establecimiento y cuenta con un impresionante patio interior que está rodeado de galerías de madera de estilo tradicional. Los apartamentos cuentan con 1 o 2 dormitorios, cocina, salón comedor y baño. En el centro de la ciudad rodeada de comercios, desde cafeterías, carnicería, panadería, ferretería, y el mercado de la plaza de abastos. Se podría solicitar una fianza de 200€.
