My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

The house is in a priviledged location only 1 min away from super markets , ATM, beach bars, restaurants, cafe bars, pizzerias, car and boat renting agencies. In a short distance far from the house (only a few minutes away) you can find some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia like: Armenistis, Kavourotrypes, Trani Ammouda, Talgo, Lacara, and many more.
