This beautiful recently completed guest cottage is set within the secure grounds of the main house in a rural setting near the villages of Willerby, located just off the main route between the Humber Bridge and the historic town of Beverley and only 15 mins from the City of Kingston Upon Hull. Ideally placed for country walks or for exploring these historic centres. We are only 2 mins away from all amenities i.e. Restaurants, Pubs, cafes, supermarkets or for hospitals visits and business trips.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

Our beautiful period cottage is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Welton, East Yorkshire. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Hull, Beverly, historical York or exploring the vast Yorkshire Wolds. The beautiful Yorkshire coast is within an hour and a half’s drive. Filey, Bridlington, Whitby all fantastic seaside towns to explore. We have lovingly restored the cottage to the highest standards and hope you appreciate the beautiful items we have chosen.

Ash Lodge

Our Ash Lodge has a beautiful open plan living area and includes an electric fireplace for extra cosy comfort with south facing views! Located in the picturesque South Cave! The lodge offers everything you’d hope to find in a luxury hideaway, including fabulously co-ordinated interiors, and high-quality fittings. You’ll also spot plenty of designer touches, and practical expertise that show how much thought and consideration has gone into creating this almost secret haven.

The Tack Room - North Ferriby

The Tack Room is a charming property located at the heart of the lovely village North Ferriby. The property has recently been converted in 2024 to a high standard whilst being sympathetic to the character of the building. Ideally situated for travel being on the M62 corridor. The the local pub, cafe, Co-Op and Indian restaurant are just yards down the road. The train station is a 9minute walk, with countryside walks on the doorstep including the Yorkshire Wolds Way.

Swanland is a pretty village in East Yorkshire with easy access to walks, family attractions, cosy pubs, the coast, and historic York/Beverley. Large private driveway for parking.

In the guest book there is a listing of all the amenities close by, there are a number of bars / shops and restaurants within walking distance
