Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

La casa è stata interamente ristrutturata e ha a disposizione un parcheggio con un giardino privato. Si trova nella zona della ville lucchesi, tra i vigneti con le uve per la produzione del vino Doc delle Colline Lucchesi e gli oliveti da cui si ricava l'olio extravergine d'oliva Dop di Lucca.

Dieses charmante, kürzlich renovierte Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einem jahrhundertealten, mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzten Anwesen. Die großen Erkerfenster des Wohnzimmers öffnen sich zur Terrasse und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Portovenere. Von beiden Schlafzimmern aus führen Glastüren auf die Gartenterrasse. Die Waschküche befindet sich außerhalb des Hauptgebäudes in einem Nebenraum.
