Unser antikes Bauernhaus ist kürzlich von einem äußerst talentierten Architektenteam in ein prachtvolles Ferienhaus umgewandelt worden. Originalterrakottaböden, Deckenbalken und ein Kamin mit original toskanischen Möbeln bieten unseren Gästen das echte Gefühl der Toskana. Bei uns können Sie die zauberhaften Landschaften wirklich genießen, die sonnigen Weinberge, das fabelhafte Essen und den Wein, eine außergewöhnliche Lebensqualität ... das italienische Dolce Vita. Von hier aus haben Sie die Möglichkeit einfach in die bedeutendsten Städte der Region zu reisen: Lucca, Firenze, Siena, Pisa und viele andere Orte, die reich an Kunst und Geschichte sind. Außerdem ist man schnell am Mittelmeer, wo man den Küstenstreifen Cinque terre an Bord eines Segelschiffs erkunden kann. Die Villa liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft in der Nähe von Lucca. Die Villa befindet sich in zentraler Lage für Ausflüge in die berühmtesten Städte der Toskana, aber auch gegenüber dem Meer, mit seinen langen und schönen Sandstränden. Wir sind an einem Ort, umgeben von Natur, gekennzeichnet durch Olivenhaine, Weinberge und Wälder. Ein kleiner Ort, wo es scheint, als wäre die Zeit stehengeblieben. Die Villa verfügt über eine große Veranda mit Tisch und Grill. Von hier hat man einen guten Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Hier gibt es einen Pool von 6 x 12 Metern, offen von April bis Oktober. Das Haus hat vier Etagen und wurde mit großer Sorgfalt restauriert, um die ursprünglichen Details zu erhalten und es gleichzeitig mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten auszustatten. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Sat-TV / Stereoanlage, Esszimmer mit Kamin. Ein paar Stufen führen zu einer großen, modernen, gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Zugang zum Garten (Gasherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine), einem Bad mit Dusche, Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen. Im ersten Stock gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Whirlpool, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Klimaanlage, WLAN, Parkplatz im Inneren des Grundstücks. Ein paar Meter von der Villa entfernt, gibt es ein freistehendes Nebengebäude von 60 m² auf zwei Ebenen. Es besteht aus: Wohn-, Esszimmer mit Kochnische (Gasherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle), Badezimmer mit Dusche. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit Schrägdach. Auch hier gibt es eine Klimaanlage und kostenfreies WLAN. Auf Wunsch organisieren wir Kochkurse und Abendessen mit unserem Küchenchef. ANDERES: Charakteristisches Restaurant / Pizzeria 2,7km, Supermarkt 3km entfernt. Der Preis beinhält: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strom, Wasser, Gas zum Kochen und Reinigen. Hilltop Views From a Historic Tuscan Home

Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The delightful Sassolo B&B, situated in the comfortable atmosphere of the quite Monte San Pietro hill, offer relax in the countryside, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna, where you can relax and enjoy food, wine, and cultural tours. A few miles away you will find 2 golf courses, CAI trekking or mountain bike paths, or relax on loungers in the garden. The B&B called Casa Sassolo 1713 is a beautifully restored 4 fronted family home located on the top of a hill with forests, with a large garden and surrounded by black locusts, walnut and elm trees where it is not difficult to see deers and wildlife. It can accommodate up to 5 people. At your disposal there is a large open plan loft with sleeping area, living area, private bathroom, satellite TV and wi-fi.

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare in spazi ampi, poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby. The house, decorated with mid century design & furniture and fully air conditioned, has 4 sleeping rooms and 5 bathrooms. Please note: you need a car to reach us and to enjoy the area. The property is located on top of a very panoramic hill, near the medieval village of Sillico where is located also a very good restaurant. Perfect accommodation for romantic couples, families with children with their dogs. Perfect place to relax but also suitable for guests who like active holiday with many exiting trekking, canyoning, mtb and horse riding excursions. Nice panoramic pool and view on the entire valley. 124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
