Hill climbing to the rear and beach walks to the front of the cottage, there are possibly few locations to compare with this cottage

Or group of friends. Roundstone is a 15-minute walk away, where you can shop for groceries or dine outside. Many beautiful walks are possible from the house, especially start with a walk in your own garden, there are many hiking trails. There is plenty to do by the sea (seals!)

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels

No.3 Fuschia Lane is a modern townhouse in the centre of Roundstone village with its own car park. It is located on a small quiet lane just off the main street beside O'Dowds Seafood Bar & Restaurant. The house is a three storey townhouse with the Kitchen/sitting room on the ground floor, a large king size ensuite room on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor there is a double room and a twin room sharing a bathroom.

Fully off grid experience including solar powered hot water and a modern Scandinavian dry (compost) toilet.
