The Carriage House Studio at Marion Hall Mansion

Unique and private loft that was once the stables of the carriage house of Frank Enger. Mr. Enger’s family manufactured carriages and shipped them around the country in the 1800s. When Frank took over, he eventually began putting motors in the carriages and ultimately founded the Enger Motor Company. This beautiful space combines old-world character with the modern amenities of today. The fully renovated space highlights exposed brick, a new kitchenette, new bathroom, and beautiful furnishings.

Minutes to the Sharonville convention center. Close to Mason, Westchester and other neighboring communities. The apartment is located off of I-75. Glendale is a walking and biking Paradise. Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

Easy keypad entry to a cozy one bedroom apartment on the second floor. The 30 acre property is home to alpacas, sheep, goats, and chickens. If interested, ask the host for a farm tour where you can interact with the animals or take a hike around the property.
