The spacious living room and dining area, where you can unwind in comfort. The bathroom, which features a bath and double sink. Step outside onto the terrace and where you’ll find a table and two chairs as well as a comfortable chair perfect for lounging in the peaceful garden views. Situated near NATO, public transport, and grocery shops, this location offers both convenience and tranquility. Multiple bus stops line the street, providing direct access to the central station and city center, making exploring the city a breeze. There’s a parking spot available in the underground parking for your convenience.

Duplex climatisé avec balcon situé au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de caractère renové, au calme, dans un quartier avec restaurants, commerces et bistros. J'habite dans le même immeuble. L'appartement possède un espace bureau pour télétravail. Juste à côté de la gare de chemin de fer "Meiser", connections directes rapides en quelques minutes en train S pour les Institutions européennes. De l'aeroport BUS 12 stop: Meiser (prendre l'avenue Rogier) Tram 62 pour NATO/EUROCONTROL 10 minutes.
